Amazing story! I was reading the manga on a different site when I saw that you guys were translating a novel version as well and I was intrigued. So glad I hopped over!! So many more details and fleshing out of the amazing relationship between oblivious WWX and unreadable LWJ.
I super appreciate all the effort you put into translating this monster of a work! Considering I’m an avid speed reader, this still took me days to finish, so I don’t even want to know what kind of crazy word count this has.

Thank you so much for your effortful work. I’m so in love with the characters wwx and LZ. Though some dramatic plots and scenes along the way had so pierced my heart that I was hurt too much, the ending was even so powerful happily ever after to me. Love it. And thank you again.

I’m looking forward to seeing how the drama’s going to translate a lot of this – too bad we won’t get any lovey-dovey scenes. But at least I can come back to reread this! <3

I’ve been holed up at home for 3 days because of this amazing story. First I watched the donghua/anime. It was my first time ever watching a Chinese animated series and it really captured my interest. Second I just had to find out if there is an original manga/webcomic because I know the anime can’t be ending there! Reading the manga, it just made me more in love with the story! I started reading this because of the comment section of the drama, where everyone was talking about how great this novel is. I realize this is a very unpopular opinion, but I thought this novel is off-paced due to being incredibly stretched out and therefore boring in many parts. I think if the original author would shorten it by half or even two thirds it would have a far better pacing. The style and the language the author used didn’t help much either. Watched the drama and many comments are recommending the novel, I’m glad I listen and read the novel. I am so much in love with the characters and am thankful for the translators, author and the fans for leading me here. I will miss Lan Xhan, Wei Wuxian and Wen Ning a lot 💜

Aww…. I’m so touch on that last sentence…. Somehow, I think Nie Huasang need a scolding or be…exposed? Like… you know, he did all those things while he’s just there on the sideline watching, eating popcorn or whatever…then just enjoy the benefits while many suffers… Aii…. My goodness!!😮😮 What a revelation at the end. Now I finally know when Lan WangJi first fell in love/became interested in Wei Wuxian. “Just like before, Wei WuXian called his name with a grin, and he looked over as well. From then on, he could never move his eyes away again.” With this last few sentences I remembered that the first time Wei Wuxian called Lan WangJi with his birthname was when they were together in the Library Pavilion for Wei Wuxian’s punishment. I love these kind of novels where you can’t stop thinking about it. When I had to put down my phone or go to work, I couldn’t stop my brain from wondering “omg what is it gonna happen next??”

Idk why, but I was feeling slightly annoyed that Wei Ying wouldn’t give Lan Zhan back his ribbon. Lol. I guess I just like him wearing it….
