I heard they tried to adapt the scene where LWJ caught WWX under the tree in the live action. But both Xiao Zhan and Yibo were injured when making that scene, so they removed it.

I really can’t blame JC for his attitude and hatred towards wwx tho we all know that no one wants that to happen or more like wwx didn’t wish all of that to happen still he takes part to those circumstances, and even if I’m in his shoes and both of my parents died and also my sister it rational for me to act that way isn’t? After everything, WWX still considers JFM and Madam Yu as his parent-figures, and wanted to bring LWJ to show him to them, that’s such an incredibly pure and wholesome moment! He’s so happy with LWJ, shows him around his childhood home, brings him to a sacred family spot, prays that he wants to “reserve” LWJ for himself (aka “Imma love him forever”), and all the time LWJ is right there by his side, watching over him. So flapping pure!
