I have a feeling that LWJ outside the room fiddling with his head ribbon is him restraining himself from tying WWX to prevent him separating to different room. He definitely misunderstood the whole thing as WWX wasn’t really has feelings for him, only had sex due to gratitude & in actually still prefer not to be with him to the point of asking separating room.
