Hey everyone!

With some of our members going back to college for the upcoming term, we are in desperate need of typesetters.

Photoshop CS6 or higher

Must be able to typeset a 35 page chapter within a set period of time (usually 3 to 5 days).

We like our typesetters to know hiragana and katakana as they are the ones that translate SFX. If you do not know this, we can work around it, but do know that those who apply knowing this, have a higher chance of joining us. Also, deadlines are one day ahead of those who can do the sfx.

If you’d like to be sent the test, please email us at [email protected]

Happy 2 year Anniversary!

  1. Oh man :((( I know how to read katakana and Hiragana xD and I can typeset but I’m in the same boat as you guys, I don’t have the time. I hope you can find many applicants and good luck with school this semester!

  2. Meanwhile i do know Photoshop and have some typesetting experience, but i don’t know how to translate sfx and i don’t think I’ll have the time to work anyways! Well good luck to you! ^_^

  3. well…same boat, can’t read, can’t typeset too…i do know a bit of photoshop, but not enough to be usefull to you guys
    sorry I can’t help
I wish you find good applicants

  4. hi! i was curious if clip studio paint would be acceptable in lieu of ps? it can export/read psd. ty o7!!

  5. While that is good it can import, the main issue will be can it support the different text styles that Photoshop can do. From what I see, Clip studio is built strongly for illustration versus graphics. Typesetting in Clip Studio might actually be more of a hindrance than helpful, especially since it requires rasterizing the text in order to manipulate it. You could perhaps do plain bubbles in that case, but not stylized SFX.

  6. that will be happy when i can help
    but same with the other
    i can’t use photoshop
    i can’t read hiragana / katakana
    i’m so sory
hope that you’ll find them, who able all of your crit
