Hua Tui obviously spotted the newcomers Lu Ming and Jing Mo, her chin tilted up and said proudly, “Who are you again?”
Lu Ming was slightly stunned, and then said, “I am a Kunlai Disciple, I wonder what you want to do with so many people here?”
Hua Tui gave a cold snort and glared at Lu Ming, “Where did you hide my brother Wusheng? I followed his scent all the way to Kunlai Mountain before he disappeared, so you stinking daoist priests must have captured him!”
Lu Ming glanced at her and said, “Sang Wusheng is not here, and Kunlai does not care to do such things, so you should leave here. I believe the Demon King will not let this happen.”
When Hua Tui heard these words, she was afraid that Demon King would blame her, but she couldn’t face retreating, so she said angrily, “Cut the crap! If I don’t see brother Wusheng today, I will stay here!”
Lu Ming was speechless, and was secretly anxious about Hua Tui’s intelligence. If Sang Wusheng had covered his breath and joined the Kunlai sect, after Hua Tui made such a fuss, wouldn’t it have made everyone in Kunlai know about it? This girl looked good, but her brain was not very good ah.
A young man standing next to Hua Tui lowered his voice and whispered a few words to Hua Tui, his expression was a bit patient, “Sacred woman, let’s go, if you go on like this, you will definitely reveal the identity of the Lord Demon Envoy.”
Lu Ming gave a helpless smile to Jing Mo. It seemed that the demons did not come to Kunlai with the intention of causing trouble, it must be because Hua Tui insisted on coming to Kunlai Mountain to look for Sang Wusheng, that’s why she had to ask her men to come here with her.
Hua Tui was first warned by Lu Ming, and now even her own men also advised her. Her face became very unattractive, she gritted her teeth. Before the crowd could react, she immediately pulled out the long whip at his waist, towards the closest Kunlai Disciples.
The Kunlai Disciples had just started and they were in the qi refining stage. Their power was very low, and seeing the long whip suddenly waving towards them, they were actually so scared that they even forgot to run away. They stood frozen in place, legs trembling, tightly closed eyes, waiting for the whip to fall on their body.
That Disciple closed his eyes, did not see what happened. Only, a long time passed but he did not feel the pain, but suddenly heard a burst of sucking sound. He opened his eyes in confusion to look, but in the next second was stunned by the scene in front of him.
The handsome and cold young man was standing in front of him, his eyes were as cold as iron, and his handsome face did not show any expression. The cold air emitted from his body made the people around him feel cold.
Lu Ming’s hand clutched the side of the long whip. Where the whip and his hand were in contact, it was smoking black, emitting a sizzling sound.
The Disciple saw this scene, and was scared out of a cold sweat. If this whip had hit his body, it would certainly kill him on the spot. This demon girl was really ruthless and poisonous.
“Not good, the long whip is poisoned!” A Disciple suddenly shouted out in panic.
Jing Mo hurriedly rushed forward, slapped the long whip away, grabbed Lu Ming’s hand and saw that his palm was covered with black demonic energy, looking as if it was smeared with charcoal ash. “Does it hurt?”
Lu Ming saw that Jing Mo was really anxious, so he hurriedly shook his head and said, “Don’t worry, I’m fine.”
Jing Mo sealed the acupuncture points on Lu Ming’s hand to stop the demonic energy from spreading to all the limbs and bones. His eyes turned cold and he shouted sternly at Hua Tui, “Hand over the antidote!”
Hua Tui glanced at him arrogantly and said coldly, “There is no antidote.”
Jing Mo’s patience seemed to have run out when Lu Ming was injured, and all he could think of was Lu Ming’s bruised right hand and pale cheek. The heart suddenly sank, no longer cared about others, quickly cast aura and rushed to Hua Tui. Before the other party could react, one hand fiercely strangled Hua Tui’s neck, eyes as if dyed crimson color, and looked like a ghost. Everyone was frightened.
Jing Mo’s voice was so cold that there was hardly a trace of temperature, “I’m asking you once more, where is the antidote?”
Hua Tui was so frightened by the look in his eyes that she could not speak, a trace of fear flashed in her eyes and she stammered, “I don’t have it.”
Jing Mo’s eyes were cold and his fingers tightened around her neck. Hua Tui’s face turned white, and the extreme lack of oxygen made her struggle instinctively, but unfortunately Jing Mo was relentless. His expression remained cold, and his hands showed no sign of stopping.
Seeing this situation, the demon world people shouted, “Let go of Sacred Woman! We have the antidote!”
Jing Mo glanced at the crowd and said, “Hand it over.”
The devil world people dare not go forward, afraid that Jing Mo’s displeasure would cause him to directly strangle Hua Tui, so anxiously shouted, “You first let go of Sacred woman! We will throw the antidote to you.”
Jing Mo coldly grunted, his hand loosened. Hua Tui powerlessly fell to the ground, breathing heavily. The corners of her eyes were soaked with tears, indignantly looking at the abominable youth in front of her. She could not immediately go forward with a whip to beat him alive and die.
The young man who whispered to Hua Tui hastily picked up Hua Tui, who was sitting on the ground, and gave a wink to a group of people, who quickly rushed forward and surrounded Jing Mo.
The young man sneered, “How dare you disrespect Sacred Woman, I think you are tired of living.” With a wave of his hand, the crowd immediately pounced on Jing Mo.
Jing Mo coldly glanced at the crowd, slender hand slightly raised, at once, the vigorous aura seemed to be instantly overwhelmingly rushed. The surrounding body emitted a golden light, seemed to be a moment to the surrounding demon crowd rushed a few meters away.
All of them were almost punished by the horror, demonic energy was pure and abundant, spell engulfed, so that all the demonic cultivators present none of them did not roll all over the ground in pain, the body emitted a pungent burning smell, extremely miserable apparently injured by that golden light.
The young man saw that the momentum had gone, knowing that this person’s power was unfathomable, if they continued, they were afraid that it would be more loss, so they had sullen faces. They picked up Hua Tui and fled towards the outside.
But unfortunately, they met Jing Mo. Before the two could run away a few meters, Jing Mo was like a ghost. He instantly moved in front of the two, and his cold aura as if from a ghost of hell, just to hear him speak could make people shudder, “Did I say you could go?”
The youth was so frightened that his aura was suddenly pulled out of his body by Jing Mo, and the next second he fell straight down from the air and hit the ground with a muffled sound.
Jing Mo’s mouth held a light smile, squatting down, his body back to Lu Ming, bloodthirsty light shining in his red eyes, he said lightly, “Do you think you can get your way just because I let her go? I just don’t care to use her to blackmail you for the antidote. Even if there were ten times as many of you, I could still kill all of you with just one finger.”
The youth and Hua Tui heard the words, the bottom of their hearts suddenly grew a chill of fear. This person was ruthless, acted with venom, completely inferior to their group of demons, or even more than that, acted almost exactly the same style as the Lord Demon Envoy.
Thinking of this, the young man did not dare to be reckless, and hastily took out the antidote from his arms and offered it with both hands, saying in his voice with supplication, “This is the antidote, please let us go, and withdraw from here. We will never set foot in Kunlai again.”
Jing Mo got the antidote, coldly grunted, then hurriedly flew towards Lu Ming, instantly switched from cool and domineering mode to homely mode, changed into a pitiful and aggrieved look, holding tears while applying the antidote for Lu Ming, some choking said, “Shixiong next time if you do this again, I will never care about you again.”
Lu Ming looked at Jing Mo with a slightly embarrassed expression. This child’s pampering was really overwhelming, was this really his family’s brother with superb magic powers?
#My brother can’t be that girly.#
The surrounding cadre of people were still a bit overwhelmed by the current situation, how only in the blink of an eye, the form had suddenly come to a big reversal? The original arrogant demons of the demon world were now lying on the ground and moaning in pain. Even the unbeatable Demon Sacred Woman was now sitting on the ground in fear, her face was blue and purple, looking very ugly.
Jing Mo carefully applied the medicine to Lu Ming, saw the blackness in his palm gradually dissipate, and then checked his aura into Lu Ming’s body several times until he was sure the poison was completely removed. Jing Mo turned his head, his handsome cheeks immediately changed into a cold look again, and instructed the Disciples of Kunlai, “Go and throw this group of demon cultivators outside the Kunlai gate, don’t let them come in again.”
They hurriedly followed Jing Mo’s instructions and surrounded the group of demon cultivators who were still struggling, and sent them all to the tall building at the entrance of Kunlai with their auras.
Before leaving, Hua Tui coldly glared at Jing Mo, coldly grunted, and did not care about the death of the rest of the demon cultivators, and flew straight away. It was the youth who sighed helplessly and ran towards the door with his head in the dust, and brought the receivers to the bottom of the mountain.
When Master Fu Chen and Yun Che arrived with dozens of Disciples, they saw the main hall door empty, the heart was surprised and curious. They hurried to find someone to ask, and only then learned what happened. Their hearts could not help but secretly feel surprised. This Jing Mo was really worthy of the Sect Leader exceptionally accepting him as a titular Disciple. He really had superb magic power, with excellent ability, not at all a disgrace to Kunlai’s reputation.
After this incident, all the Disciples on Kunlai Mountain had become more and more respectful and obedient to Jing Mo and He Qingci, the two Shixiong.
On the other hand, Jing Mo was sulking all the way, not willing to pay any attention to Lu Ming, and did not say a word to him until he arrived at the room. Instead, he had a sullen face and tightly pursed lips.
Lu Ming froze for a moment, and then realized that he seemed to have made him worry again. He sighed gently and tugged on Jing Mo’s sleeve, saying, “Xiao Mo, you…”
Before he could finish his sentence, Jing Mo suddenly made a forceful move, reaching out and pulling hard, and Lu Ming was brought into a warm embrace. Jing Mo hugged him tightly in his arms, resting his head on the side of Lu Ming’s shoulder. His hot breath sprayed on his neck, making Lu Ming couldn’t help but shrink a little, somewhat uncomfortable and trying to push away the person who confined him.
Lu Ming’s hand rested on his chest and pushed hard. But Jing Mo was very strong, Lu Ming struggled for half a day but could not break free, only to whisper, “Sorry.”
Jing Mo suddenly straightened his back and pushed Lu Ming hard, Lu Ming cried out in surprise, his back slammed into the stone wall, and then Jing Mo put Lu Ming’s whole body against the wall, and looked down at Lu Ming.
Lu Ming’s eyes flashed a trace of confusion, this child and what madness Lu Ming helplessly sighed, raised his head to look at the front of Jing Mo, but in a clear look at the other party’s expression, he froze.
The eyes of Jing Mo were a little red at the corners, and the look in his eyes was so complicated. There was sadness, pain, struggle, and something else that Lu Ming couldn’t really see.
Lu Ming was stunned in place by such a look, froze looking at Jing Mo who was close at hand, and for the first time had the feeling of wanting to run away quickly. He felt that if he didn’t do something at this moment, he would get into more trouble. Although his own heart was not quite clear, this inexplicable timidity was actually because of it.

Lu Ming is so innocent that he hasn’t realized JingMo’s intentions yet. SangWusheng is very possessive. Thanks for the chapter!
I’m sorry, but in comparison to the usually excellent standard of translation/editing from ExR, that I appreciate so much, the wording in this novel has become a little difficult to follow. Sometimes, it doesn’t flow, or make sense. Maybe it’s just me?
Hua Tui really is not the brightest ⭐️ in the sky! That actually makes her a liability.
Thank you both for the chapter.
