When he thought of a domineering and arrogant person like Yuan Xi, taking time out of his busy schedule to polish a dagger for him by hand, Luo XiaoLou felt a warmth that flowed through his heart, and even some nervousness. The fact that he sent Yuan Xi a mecha didn’t feel at all odd, as if it was a matter of course.

Luo XiaoLou’s body trembled a bit with excitement. The surprise seemed far more than that.

Yuan Xi justifiably enjoyed Luo XiaoLou’s unusually active embrace and sweet kiss before he said, “Look at this dagger. I specifically went to Dees to ask for the design. It’s polished similarly to the energy sword. Yuan Xi’s face suddenly turned red, and he said fiercely, “Humph, it’s useless for you to compliment me on purpose. You just said it wasn’t pretty. See how I’ll fix you later!”

Yuan Xi pulled the dagger out of Luo XiaoLou’s hand and put it on the bed, then carried Luo XiaoLou to the bathroom.

After being cleaned up properly and carefully, Luo XiaoLou was brought out by Yuan Xi with a flushed face. The two went to bed, and Yuan Xi contentedly rolled him into his arms as the lights slowly dimmed.

Luo XiaoLou nodded and was about to speak, when there was a sudden knock on the door outside.

Ivan saw Luo XiaoLou nod, ran over and opened the door, then the child froze. At the door was Ino in a sharp uniform, shouldering an energy sword. He carried Ivan to the side with one hand and walked inside. Ino looked around the room, and smiled slightly, “You’ve got quite a crowd here. Hi, Dees, you’re here too.”

Luo XiaoLou also smiled, “I heard you guys are training. Why are you free to come over today?”

Ino cocked his head and opened the door. “I’ve got my eye on Xiao Qiao’s mecha. Get me one. I find that hers is much better than the one I use. I can pay for it, but I haven’t been paid recently.”

The room, except Luo XiaoLou and Dees, all laughed. This guy had no money, but wanted a high-tier mecha. Dees and Luo XiaoLou, however, both understood that Ino saw the mecha as an energy sword. He wouldn’t believe that he couldn’t afford an energy sword. He would pay sooner or later.
