Chapter 25: My Place?

Translated by Addis of Exiled Rebels Scanlations

Editor: Karai

Looking up at the back of the rider ahead, Zhou Kai blushed, pursing his lips. His heart was filled with countless emotions, but the strongest one was still embarrassment. As the cool wind helped clear his mind a bit, he wasn’t as heated as before. He couldn’t believe he had come all the way here in the middle of the night to find He Ye, and for such an unspeakable reason…

Damn, the more he thought about it, the more ashamed he felt.

He blinked a few times, biting his lip, and then looked up, unable to stop a small, sly smile from appearing on his face, raising an eyebrow. Let it be shameful; he had seen it. When he had rushed across the crosswalk and blocked He Ye earlier, he had caught the unmistakable gleam in He Ye’s eyes.

Hmph, this damn snake just likes to act all big and bad.

He Ye was almost turning into a wolf. If this hadn’t been on the street, if it had been in some secluded corner, he probably would have already taken Zhou Kai and done whatever he wanted. Zhou Kai would’ve had no escape, unable to call for help.

Gripping the handlebars tightly, He Ye’s gaze turned dark and intense. As he made another turn, he noticed the flashing neon lights in his peripheral vision. The next second, he slammed on the brakes, and the sound of the bike’s wheels scraping against the ground echoed.

Zhou Kai, who was following closely behind, wasn’t prepared and almost collided into him. Fortunately, he reacted quickly, swerving just in time. Cursing under his breath, Zhou Kai looked up at He Ye, confused about why he had suddenly stopped.

He Ye kept one hand on the handlebars while the other reached into his pocket and pulled out the money he had just received. He shot a quick glance at Zhou Kai, then looked up at the flashing neon sign nearby.

Following He Ye’s gaze, Zhou Kai saw the words “XX Hotel” flashing in bright lights. He froze for a moment, and once he realized what it was, his ears turned bright red. He quickly turned his head away, not daring to look, his breathing shallow as he glared at He Ye.

He Ye kept his gaze fixed on him, his eyes heavy. When Zhou Kai’s eyes flickered, He Ye released his grip on the handlebars and pulled his ID out of his backpack.

Zhou Kai watched his every move, his chest tightening, a strange sensation bubbling up inside him. He quickly glanced at the hotel—four stories tall, decorated just like an ordinary residential building. Lowering his eyes to the ground, he pursed his lips and said, “I don’t want to.” His voice was soft and almost whiny, yet full of stubbornness.

Having taken the money and ID, He Ye was about to get off his bike and head into the hotel when Zhou Kai’s words stopped him. He paused, lifted his head, exhaled, and with a hoarse voice, asked, “Changed your mind?”

Zhou Kai didn’t regret it at all. He just didn’t want to go into a hotel—apart from the money, the environment wasn’t guaranteed to be good. And it was late at night, with He Ye still wearing his school uniform. If anyone saw them going in together, they would probably jump to conclusions.

Zhou Kai just wasn’t comfortable going to the hotel.

He Ye stared at Zhou Kai, his anger simmering, rising higher.

Zhou Kai and He Ye locked eyes for a moment before Zhou Kai averted his gaze. His foot scuffed the ground, and with a slight tremor in his voice, he said, “Take me to your place.”

He Ye’s pupils constricted for a moment, and then he heard Zhou Kai mumble, looking down, “I don’t want to stay here. Take me back with you.”

At that moment, He Ye had to admit that he had completely misjudged Zhou Kai. No, more accurately, he had never understood him properly.

A small smile tugged at the corner of He Ye’s mouth, but there was no warmth in it. He asked, confirming, “To my place?”

Zhou Kai flinched at the question but immediately raised his head and, with a burst of defiance, looked He Ye in the eye, mustering the courage to retort, “Yes. Is that a problem?”

A problem?

He Ye’s response was, of course, no. A thousand times no. His place was no place for Zhou Kai. It was a den of filth, a place crawling with pests. How could he let Zhou Kai come there?

He took out his keys, opened the door, and, with a dark expression, flipped the switch to turn on the lights on the first floor.

Standing in the doorway, Zhou Kai’s heart raced. The fleeting sense of triumph and excitement was written all over his face. Earlier, in the dark, he couldn’t see, but now that He Ye had turned on the lights, he finally saw what He Ye’s place looked like.

The house was still relatively new, but the windows on the first floor were all broken, with large holes letting in the wind. The outer walls were damaged, covered in graffiti. Everywhere he looked, there were crude words, mixed with vulgarities like “Pay back the money” and “Repay the debt.” It wasn’t just on the walls—there were even markings on the cement floor at the entrance.

Zhou Kai felt a cold shiver run down his spine. He quickly turned his eyes away and stepped over the threshold.

He Ye saw his reaction and reached over to push the door shut.

As the door clicked shut, the atmosphere shifted, becoming subtly awkward. Something hung in the air, slowly brewing in silence.

When Zhou Kai heard the sound of the door locking, he instinctively shivered. He grabbed the strap of his backpack, pretending to relax, and glanced around the first-floor room. There was nothing in the room—just a discarded TV stand. That was it. Looking around, he realized there was nothing else to see, which only made the silence more uncomfortable. He bit his tongue slightly, feeling the sharp pain.

When He Ye closed the door, he nearly lost control, but he forced himself to hold it together. Clenching his fists and taking several deep breaths, He Ye finally pulled his fiery gaze away from Zhou Kai and started up the stairs.

The moment He Ye moved, Zhou Kai flinched, his nerves on edge.

It wasn’t until He Ye reached the corner of the stairs that Zhou Kai snapped back to reality. Clenching his teeth, he followed him up the stairs.

Now wasn’t the time to show weakness. Zhou Kai told himself as he climbed.

But when he reached the second floor, and the scene before him met his eyes, he froze completely. His face instantly flushed, and the heat spread all over his body.

He forgot to look down, staring openly at what lay ahead.

The backpack still lay on the floor. He Ye stood at the bathroom door, expertly stripping off his clothes. He didn’t leave a single piece on, becoming completely naked. His taut muscles were exposed to the cool air, the undulating lines hinting at an explosive power that made one’s heart race.

Fully naked, He Ye felt the intense gaze on him. He knew exactly who it belonged to. He Ye was quite at ease, not only allowing Zhou Kai to look but also turning around to face him directly, breathing heavily as his abdominal muscles rose and fell with each breath.

Zhou Kai reacted strongly. When He Ye turned around, his eyes widened and he took a half-step back, his hand gripping the handrail so tightly that his fingertips turned white.

Yet, his eyes refused to look away, fixed on He Ye’s naked body with an electric intensity.

Under that gaze, He Ye gradually reacted, the thing between his legs slowly hardening and lengthening.

Zhou Kai’s eyes turned red, his breath hot, and a tingling sensation spread between his legs that he couldn’t escape.

Glancing at Zhou Kai’s face, He Ye looked down at his swollen, erect cock, and Zhou Kai’s words flashed through his mind—”Bigger is always better, who doesn’t like a big one?”

“Fuck!”

His fiery eyes met Zhou Kai’s once more, and He Ye turned, kicking off his shoes and stepping into the bathroom, slamming the door shut.

The sound of the door slamming jolted Zhou Kai out of his lustful trance.

Covering his eyes with his hand, Zhou Kai breathed silently, barely suppressing a moan, and slightly closed his legs.

Darkness enveloped his vision, yet all he could see was the scene from just moments ago.

His tongue ran over his lips several times as he removed his hand from his eyes and tugged at his hot ears, his whole body feeling feverish.

Looking up at the frosted glass door of the bathroom, Zhou Kai bit his lower lip and slowly inched forward. As he moved, he thought to himself, “Didn’t he say he was malnourished? Didn’t he say he couldn’t eat enough? How come he’s… still like that? It doesn’t make sense.”

Inside the bathroom, He Ye leaned against the wall, his hand moving roughly and quickly between his legs. The sensation was intense and overwhelming, the sound of his strokes muffled by the rushing water. His red eyes were fixed on the bathroom door, as if trying to pierce through it and see the person on the other side.

His snow-white chest, his lewd tattoos, his rosy nipples… and that alluring face, those dazed eyes…

“Fuck! Fuck!” White liquid splattered onto his palm, and He Ye panted heavily, his scalp tingling and his abdominal muscles twitching slightly.

Leaning back against the cool tiles, He Ye closed his eyes and swallowed.

What was he going to do? He felt a bit out of control.
