azuki. paste for dorayaki or mochi filling.
Adzuki beans/red beans. I love the taste, texture, they’re easy to prepare and versatile.
I equally love kidney beans ~ especially in chilli and salads.
Does Natto count as Bean? Loved eating Natto + Soy sauce with Rice. 🙂
