2021 ExR Fan Art Competition!

Hey everyone, we are doing a fun little fan art competition! This competition will be for 1 month, Sept. 3rd to Oct, 3rd and is open to everyone!

Draw, have fun, and win prizes!

We are calling all fans/artists for a new digital art contest featuring fan art from any of our novels (excluding The Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation[MDZS]). Submission is free of charge and is not limited to the number of entries. 2D and 3D artists from around the world are invited to show their art. All submissions must be digital paintings created with illustration software and the participants must have the full copyrights on them.

Participants can submit their entries at https://forms.gle/8hJT2SJFBnJ3aTng8 between Sept. 3rd and October 3rd, 2021. Please label them with the name you wish to be referred to as, who the illustration is of, and what novel they are from. 

The winners will be selected by a panel of judges from people selected on our Discord and will be announced on October 9th, 2021. The determinative criteria will be quality, relevance, and dramatic appeal.

The prizes given by Exiled Rebels Scanlations will be announced once we reach the minimum amount of applicable entries (10).

More information:

1. This is a digital art contest. All artwork submitted must be digital paintings created with illustration software. There is no limitation regarding the software used to create the artworks.
2. All entries must include who the illustration is of and what novel they are from. If the characters are not from a novel on the Exiled Rebels Scanlations site, they will be disqualified. If the art is of GDC, they will be disqualified.
3. The Competition is open to amateur and professional artists and the participant MUST have full copyright of their submitted work. Do not steal any work online! Submissions containing filtered photos, photo manipulations, collages, or animation are NOT accepted as this is using others’ work.
4. The Competition is international.
5. There is no limit to the number of images that a participant can submit.
6. Submission is free of charge.
7. Only png, jpeg images, and PSD file formats will be accepted. The minimum resolution accepted is 300 DPI. Submissions with very low quality won’t be accepted.

Extra Rules:

1. By entering the competition, the participant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that the submitted artwork is an original work created solely by the participant, that the creation does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the image.
2. All the copyrights during and after the competition belong to the participant. Exiled Rebels Scanlations may showcase the artworks taking part in the competition on our website or social media.
3. Artworks must not be watermarked by any external source, cannot have any company logos, trademarks, or otherwise display copyrighted content that does not belong to the participant. A logo that was created for the Exiled Rebels Site and signatures are allowed.
4. The participant’s name will be displayed in the gallery along with his/her submission(s) as well as on a Fan Art Page during the contest. and thereafter.
