I’m always so happy to see the next chapter being updated, so when I saw it, I was happy, YET, I’m like… “Omg, I’m not ready to read what happens next”, but in the end, I just ended up reading it anyways, because I want to know what happened…. Honest to god, I’m just really sad with what happened in this chapter, and I could only imagine it gets worse in the next one. It’s just so upsetting how deeply alone WWX is in these chapters. Makes you wish LWJ could have worked out his feelings much earlier and been there for him, then maybe things could have been different 😭
After the last few chapters, I didn’t know that I had any heart left to be broken..

Wei Wuxian feels so abandoned by the world and he’s so alone.
