“Cyril?” Luo XiaoLou was shocked, his brow slightly wrinkled. Cyril had instructed at that time to do his best to prepare for battle and defensive measures before the disaster came, and now he appeared in Imperial Capital. Something very serious was happening on the planet.

He had to go to see Cyril, but in his present capacity, how could he meet the non-human Cyril without attracting anyone’s attention?

Then he had a thought. Although Heavenly Winter was only the second largest auction house in Imperial Capital, in recent years, it had auctioned off a lot of high-grade energy boxes, precious materials, mecha parts, and so on.

Luo XiaoLou immediately took out a pen and paper, wrote a few lines, and asked 125 to tie it back to the white bird’s leg. Only when the white bird disappeared did Luo XiaoLou feel relieved. Luo XiaoLou, feeling guilty, glanced toward the bathroom and immediately looked away.

Yuan Xi looked toward the bed as he walked into the room, frowned, and asked, “Where are my clothes?”

Luo XiaoLou realized that he had woken up this morning in a hurry and hadn’t prepared the clothes for Yuan Xi to wear today. He blinked, got out of bed, went to the dressing room and quickly brought the white uniform that Yuan Xi was going to wear.

“What’s on your mind?” Yuan Xi studied him in confusion and asked.

“Ah, nothing, but what about tomorrow?” Luo XiaoLou asked quickly, changing the subject as he eagerly helped Yuan Xi smooth out the non-existent creases in his uniform.

“This week, I’ll be busy.” Yuan Xi enjoyed Luo XiaoLou’s services as a matter of course, but the tone of his reply indicated that he was in a good mood.

“Here’s the thing, Dear. I want to go to Heavenly Winter’s auction tomorrow and I want you to go with me. But, I know you’re busy and it’s okay if you can’t come.” Luo XiaoLou lowered his head and rested his eyes on Yuan Xi’s chest.

Yuan Xi was silent for a while before he touched Luo XiaoLou’s cheek and replied, “Go by yourself. Someone will protect you. And when I’m done for the week, I’ll accompany you to whatever you want.” The tone of his voice was incredibly soft. If Mr. Butler had heard it, he would have fainted with amazement that His Highness, whose hot temper was no less than that of His Majesty Yuan Lie’s, could have such a gentle side!

Luo XiaoLou made an expression showing that while he was not too happy, he also profoundly understood, “Well, you go ahead, and take care of yourself.” As Yuan Xi opened the door, Luo XiaoLou even initiated an affectionate kiss, which turned into a deep kiss, but it did not affect Luo XiaoLou’s next plan at all.

Yuan Xi promised to come back early and left. 125 watched in stunned silence as Yuan Xi confirmed once again that married men’s IQs plummeted, and that they could often be fooled by their wives.

“It’s done, 125. I’m going to see Cyril tomorrow to see what news he has for me. Until then, I’m going to try the box your master left behind, again.” Luo XiaoLou said easily, appearing to feel no guilt at all for doing what he had just done. In fact, he seemed just fine.

So when others said that Yuan Xi’s methods were horrible, 125 didn’t notice that at all, but he thought that Yuan Xi’s unreasonableness and arrogance were the most depressing.

The good news is that the mecha didn’t have to be married, and it would never have to be squeezed and played with by its wife.

Luo XiaoLou, noticed that 125 was severely mentally unhealthy, so focused on once again entering the box with the Source of Consciousness. He had attempted this many times since his Source of Consciousness had been restored, but no matter how much his Source of Consciousness had increased, he had never been able to open it.

After a while, Luo XiaoLou sighed once again. It still didn’t work.

For the rest of the day, Luo XiaoLou went to the studio to continue making mecha. He was going to start making six Tier mechas. He certainly didn’t care about the Federation’s prince’s challenge, which was not noteworthy in the slightest. He just wanted to make the best mecha for Yuan Xi before the war broke out.

That way, with Yuan Xi’s terrifying genetic grade and the best mecha, the chances of him getting hurt would become very small.

Then, thinking of this, Luo XiaoLou began to process the Level 6 materials, so that Manager Gao’s materials would be delivered before he left.

Thousands of stars away, in a luxurious palace, Yue Shang was sitting at the head of the table, slowly shaking a glass of wine. Su Lan, dressed in a red dress, was sitting next to him, pouring wine with a smile on her face.

One of the people looked at Prince Yupo in a friendly manner and said ingratiatingly, “Your Highness, how can Luo XiaoLou compare to you? You are so noble, and your manufacturing level must be very good.”

The wine in Su Lan’s mouth was about to spill out, while Yue Shang still had a smile on his lips, but his eyes were full of sarcasm and disdain.

They were probably looking for a brand of clothes, but they didn’t know how to match, and they all looked out of place.

The prince laughed lightly and asked, “Mr. Kanazawa, I heard that you haven’t had much contact with Luo XiaoLou before. How do you know that his level is not as good as mine?”

The two people standing in the room were actually Jin Ke and Jin Ze, who had gone to the palace to look for the butler. The younger Jin Ze snuck a glance at Yue Shang, who was in the first seat, and Prince Yupo, who was in front of him, and humbly smiled, “You look amazingly noble at first glance, that–“

He struggled to organize his words, wondering how to combine nobility and ability. In his eyes, people from good backgrounds had so many enviable conditions and a higher starting point than others that those at the bottom certainly couldn’t compare.

Yue Shang waved his hand and ordered, “You guys go downstairs, and these two will have someone to show you around.”

Jin Ke pulled Jin Ze and bowed to the few people in the hall, but even after saying goodbye, he refused to leave.

Yue Shang raised the corner of his mouth, “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of the expenses.”

Hearing this, Jin Ke and Jin Ze left with joy on their faces.

“Actually this kind of relative, it seems they are no better,” Prince Yupo scornfully said with a cold smile.

Yue Shang snorted, “If they weren’t still useful later, I wouldn’t keep these two losers.”

Su Lan smiled and leaned in, “Cousin, are you trying to give a big gift to His Highness, Prince Consort?”

At this moment, Luo XiaoLou, who was being talked about, was rushing towards the Heavenly Winter auction house, surrounded by hovercars protecting him.

After arriving at Heavenly Winter, Luo XiaoLou pushed the door open and got out of the hovercar. To outsiders, he appeared to be a very ordinary-looking young man. For his safety, a make-up artist from the palace helped him change his appearance. It was a much better disguise than Luo XiaoLou’s previous one.

After Luo XiaoLou was ushered in, he was taken to a VIP room without anyone noticing. When the door opened, the smiling, high-ranking patron was waiting there alone, except for the maid beside him.

The man behind Luo XiaoLou, who had come in to scout the room, stepped back out and guarded the door.

Luo XiaoLou looked at Manager Gao, who smiled and said, “I have already done what His Highness asked me to do.

While Luo XiaoLou was puzzled, the tall maid suddenly raised her head, looked at Luo XiaoLou and smiled.

Luo XiaoLou whispered, “Cyril!”

Cyril nodded, “It’s me, Your Highness.”

Manager Gao, seeing them greet, interjected with a wink, “I’m going out, Your Highness. If you need anything, call me or press this button.”

Luo XiaoLou nodded, and after Manager Gao left, Cyril sat down. He studied Luo XiaoLou carefully for a moment, and said, “Your Highness, it is good to have you back safely.

Luo XiaoLou hesitated for a moment, and then recounted what he had seen in the gray hole, which also involved the owner of 125.

“His Highness was there, too!” Cyril exclaimed in shock.

“But he’s not there anymore, and it’s not known how he fell then. But according to Yuan Che, he was brought down when he was fighting with someone,” Luo XiaoLou explained with a sigh.

Cyril sighed, “I hope that His Highness is still alive.

Luo XiaoLou nodded. A real high-grade exotic beast could really lead them to be stronger, and play a great role in the war that was about to break out.

“Cyril, what is it that you came to see me about this time?”

Cyril’s face suddenly became even more grim, and he glanced around to make sure there weren’t any listening devices before stating, “There’s been an invasion of the beast’s borders, and the low intelligence beasts are starting to migrate and form a tide. I think maybe that third party will attack us first.”

“To make matters worse, our weapons don’t seem to work very well against those octopus monsters, whereas they can easily cause mental confusion. Their bodies are also extremely tough, and it’s extremely difficult to kill them. I think, at this rate, it will be too dangerous on the beast side.”

Luo XiaoLou also frowned, “How can you be so foreboding?

“Your Highness, we need some advanced and useful weapons.” Cyril explained anxiously, “and a solution to our mental confusion.”

“We’ve seen that octopus monster before, and it was completely fearless then. Has something changed now?” Luo XiaoLou was puzzled.

When Cyril heard this, he discreetly pulled out something and said, “Your Highness, this is the body tissue of those octopus monsters. Because it was so dangerous, I brought some with me.”

Luo XiaoLou was disgusted by the lumps of flesh still moving in the small preservation box. 125 told him, “Give it to me, it’s enough.

“I’ll think of something for the weapon after 125 has studied it,” Luo XiaoLou promised.

Cyril nodded, took a deep breath, and looked even more solemnly at Luo XiaoLou, “Your Highness, I came here personally this time mainly because of a more important matter. If you don’t want to worry about this, find that Highness as soon as possible, and he will definitely find a way.”

Luo XiaoLou was dumbfounded. There was movement in Landa’s seal again?

“I also want to find the owner of 125 as soon as possible, but right now, I can’t even open the box he left me, and my Source of Consciousness is completely inadequate.”

“Your Highness, perhaps you can try to increase your Source of Consciousness with other methods,” Cyril hinted.

Someone needs to be taught a lesson, and there’s actually a group if such persons.

Ahhh… if only a joining of forces against a comon enemy between humans and beasts was possible. For now the third force is lurking in the shadows, but I have a feeling it’ll emerge soon enough.

Thank you for the chapter!!!

He might not like it, but there are times LXL has to be a little cunning and furtive; it’s a shame he can’t share these things with YX.
What are these awful characters up to 😬 Really dislike YS, SL, Prince Lupo et al.
What “other methods” is Cyril referring to I wonder.
Thanks for translating and editing.
