Chapter 23: Endurance (Part 1)

This is an independent version of Romeo and Juliet

Bright black hair like Isfeff. His body was thin and the features of his face were perfect, but the face that attracted the attention of his face was his rigid ears. Fein tried to be a peaceful and kind race, but apparently seemed to be tied to that terrible bubble. This is the text we are feeding sites using robots to steal off our site yet giving us no credit and making us sound lazy. To readers, look up Exiled Rebels Scanlations to get the real version.

Layton was not satisfied with his reaction, he soon breathed from his place next to Feisha. “Almedande!”

“Who?” There is a possibility that there is an important person from the sound of his name …

“King of Phoenix,” Raydon responded with a bad signal.

Fein King Feisha instinctively saw the standing Deu but shook from the shoulder to the knees, for example he saw the phone that vibrated.

The line of sight of Almedane was not encountered by many people. “Are you doing?”

“It would be very kind to greet me first, do you agree with that?” Isfels said soon.

Almedande sheltered his shoulders. “Is it right to me?”

Feisha praised his anger. He thought people were dishonorable, but it seemed that it was not so late.

“Where is my son my pleasure?” Abadon suddenly asked.

A bit of rupture Jin, Layton, and Asa were going to see the disaster,

Feisha could only feel angry. “Your Majesty, New Master, may be late for a little fun today”.

“… I did not know he was tired, it’s fun,” Abdoun marveled.

It will probably not be very interesting to look at what actually happens.

Fortunately, Abadon did not activate this idea, but focused himself on Jin. “Alas, have you just been your great leader?

“Perhaps he enjoys a napkin, that is, if there is no nightmare.

On the other hand, Almedane flew to Dea. “You have not answered my question yet.”

Papa’s beautiful features exploded sterility and was sorry when he finally raised his head. “I was very good, if your question is not today included, thank you.”

The lips of Almedane hit the corner and observe Deu. “I am happy”

“What are these two contracts?” Feisha whispered Layton.

“No one in your business” Leighton whispered, when Armeddel’s head suddenly turned to his general direction. Feisha quickly stood straight. This is the text we are feeding sites using robots to steal off our site yet giving us no credit and making us sound lazy. To readers, look up Exiled Rebels Scanlations to get the real version.

“Man?”

“Yes, yes, yes, I am a person.” Feisha soon asked. Even the Secretary General of the United Nations, the US President or the President of the country could not represent every humanity as he did every day. Feisha is not too sure if he should be honored or seated

“You look”.

………

Feisha imagined that the impact of thunder would be similar to the current shocking state and saw Almedande’s resignation.

“Man?” When he arrived, he recognized Abad. Before he nodded, Feisha was surprised.

Abadon was found. “I think you’re right,” he’ll manage it in a few minutes.

Feisha supposedly wept. “Thanks for praising, your eyes are as sharp as the Eagle”

“You have less eyes than this son of Michael.”

… should he sit down as honorary?

Living organisms gathered from the stairs. Feisha shouted Isfel calmly, what I noticed.

Isfels said of the blue: “Borja taught a very painful lesson.

… Excuse your honor, but you are not too direct? While waiting for Isfeel, Feisha stumbled calmly from there as Abyss stopped her song. Almedane has also changed.

“He asked for it,” added Mr. Ispel.

Feisha refused all hope for the end of Isfel and drew near to the fuse instead. “Is there an evacuation bomb there?

“What?”

“So, like a secret room that can not be invaded?”

“When did some people collapse in a few days?” Asked Jin

… If he had such a fate, he would win the lottery, it would be a millionaire, not a bad person of Noa’s race. As Isael gave up the last events in reverse color, he decided quietly the silly system that the secret room worked, so he hid behind Asa.

Rather than exploding, Abadon snatches a cup. “If you know what will happen in the past, you will not have to go to my way to suck Raphael.

A big question brand appeared at Feish’s head.

“You are very good about education.”

The question mark was once a cry. This is the text we are feeding sites using robots to steal off our site yet giving us no credit and making us sound lazy. To readers, look up Exiled Rebels Scanlations to get the real version.

“I do not want to do it just because Borja’s teachers are my children, so I encouraged Rafael, who hates my intestine to do it.

… Borja may have been accepted, or is there something or not doing? Also one of the things that came to Avadon could be done Avado. Or at least children of the enemy’s family, why is he so cruel for his son?

Espell unanimously nodded. “Rafael is a good choice.”

… Issefel, your attitude is now classic: “I do not sit on other children’s beliefs” The faith of Faisha’s messengers in humanity has been completely destroyed. His last hope is that Raphael was a valuable man for the angel’s name.

“This brave son has saved me from the beginning because I can not take Tara’s rape, please come here, of course, he was an interesting choice.

Feisha left the angel’s concept completely.

After Almedand and Abaddon were exposed in the room, Feisha and the company interrupted cut. When Borja taught this teaching together, their friendship grew dramatically.

“I feel that the relationship of the king with the pair has changed slightly,” urged other people to cause a rebellion.

However, his answer was astonishing and calm.

Feihai had no choice but pushed. “Do you think something happened in the past?”

“… …”

At this moment, the timidity of Fish was already angry. “You see, I do not believe in your brightness, you need a real story.”

“But I really do not know anything,” said Husse. Meanwhile, Jin opens his mouth as if talking.

Feisha, of course, expected a prepared story, but it turned out that Gin had closed his mouth again.

“You spilled beans, leaked, leaked, leaked!” Feisha, a tin shirt caught her arm.

“Yes, well, I fly away.” Layton responded with a weak appearance as Fisher shakespeare.

Feisha quietly threw a Layer shirt and contained a shirt and drank a coffee. “Have you been more comfortable, have you been working from the beginning?”

“… It’s my fault,” Leighton’s mouth rose. yep, no penetration for this chap.

………

“Do not deny me – you are the one that together the unbelieving king and Dee have met!

The corner of Layton. “I just told him the couple once a month. This is the text we are feeding sites using robots to steal off our site yet giving us no credit and making us sound lazy. To readers, look up Exiled Rebels Scanlations to get the real version.

Jin scales “Did you not tell him about the matter of God and Antonio?” After Layton’s hesitation, he began to make it easier.

“You, a traitor!” Feisha was convicted. “How can you sell such a friend?” So people like you to torment and public humiliation. ”

Layton kept the earth.

“… What do you do for two?” Feisha wonderful and calm. “Does he steal your girlfriend, did you abandon her? Did he eliminate racial discrimination? You can forgive you for a good reason.

Layton wanted to hide from the binding force under the table. “He agreed to offer 20 gold coins every month …”

Truce

Feisha gave him the hand of Layton. “Are you still looking for a man?”

Jin, Horse, Raydon: “…”

After the period of emotional organization, Jin finally led the conversation to the front.

“Feins were ever God’s cattle, but they were on the side of God while Lucifer’s crossroads, and many were infected with treason and became dark fairies”

“Is there any doubt?” Asked Feisha

“The point is that we’ve made a certain history,” It repeated.

“I do not like moving to the world of Fair …”

Jin ignored her. “Uninfected faery is called light faery to distinguish it from dark faery.

Looking at Feisha’s fears, Hughes explains. “Dear is a light dragon, but the kingdom is a dark dragon.”

Feisha hopes to swim soon. “Wait … do you like Romeo and Julieton?”

The history of geography began again. “Because the differences are contradictions, light and dark faces are thrown into the throne of the millenium of light and shadow of war”

Feisha had once again seen the fuse to meet her innocent look. “I’m sorry, I do not really understand other problems.

Ginn raised her eyebrows at Feisha.

“… you can continue”, I decided to Feisha with Leishan’s shoulder.

Professor Raymond said: “His arrogance in Al-Qaedend leads to the victory of the dark century in war, becoming king’s king”. “Kara was a lot of light fearful armies, but his generous always was in his eyes.”

“It’s a pure benefit,” said Feisha. This is the text we are feeding sites using robots to steal off our site yet giving us no credit and making us sound lazy. To readers, look up Exiled Rebels Scanlations to get the real version.

Mr. Jin said, “It’s not a sign of beauty as usual.”

Feisha suddenly covered her head on the table, suffered pain from shock. “Do you think Almedand has hit Dea-miki?” He, this royal hero looks like a man, but this is also incomplete as unexpected. It is not surprising that cleans are sharp ears. It is to distinguish it from humans.

On the dark side of Hume’s perspective, Jin suddenly broke. “No, it was a curse.”

“You do not have to put it in your mouth,” exclaimed Feysha.

… Jin was sorry to never touch this issue.

“I was not the one who cursed that curse.”

In the second second, Feisha turns, one thought,

What’s worse than a named speaker behind the back?

When someone is stronger than you.

Chapter 23: Perseverance (Part 1)

This is a savage version of Romeo and Juliet

Glossy black hair similar to Isefel’s. His body was slim and facial features immaculate, but the aspect that drew Feisha’s attention were his pointy ears. Faeries were meant to be a peaceful and kind race, but for some reason this one seemed to carry around his own bubble of sinister gloom.

Layton didn’t disappoint with his reactions, sharply inhaling from his spot beside Feisha. “Almedande!”

“Who?” Probably some important figure from the sound of his name…

“The faerie king,” answered Layton in hushed tones.

Faerie king? Feisha instinctively looked towards Dea, who was standing tall but shaking from shoulder to knee like a phone set to vibrate.

Almedande’s gaze didn’t once stray to the many people before him, firmly resting on Dea. “Have you been well?”

“It would have been more polite of you to greet me first, wouldn’t you agree?” Isefel said lightly.

Almedande just shrugged. “Have I ever been polite?”

Feisha admired his bluntness. He had thought that humans were the shameless ones, but by the looks of it faeries were in fact not far behind.

“So where’s that asshole son of mine?” Abaddon suddenly asked.

A slight pause. Gin, Layton and Asa immediately whipped around to look at Feisha.

Feisha could only chuckle dryly. “Your Majesty, the young master perhaps had a little too much fun today and is currently resting.”

“…I didn’t know it was possible for him to get tired. That’s interesting,” Abaddon marvelled.

You probably won’t find it very interesting after finding out what actually happened.

Thankfully, Abaddon didn’t pursue down that train of thought and instead directed his attention to Gin. “Hey! How’s your big leader guy been doing lately?”

“Probably enjoying his nap. That is, if he doesn’t have nightmares.”

On the other front, Almedande ambled towards Dea. “You haven’t answered my question yet.”

Dea’s beautiful features were twisted with loathing and disgust when he finally raised his head. “I’ve been very well, thank you, if your question doesn’t include today.”

A corner of Almedande’s lips quirked up as he continued watching Dea. “I’m glad.”

“What’s the deal with those two?” Feisha whispered to Layton.

“None of your business,” Layton whispered back just as Almedande’s head suddenly turned in their general direction. Feisha immediately stood up straighter.

“Human?”

“Yes yes yes, I am a human,” answered Feisha hurriedly. Even the secretary general of the UN, president of USA or the chairman of any country couldn’t represent the entirety of humanity like he did on a daily basis. Feisha wasn’t too sure if he should feel honoured or mournful.

“You’re an eyesore.”

………

Feisha imagined that getting hit by lightning should feel similar to his current state of shock, staring at Almedande’s retreating figure.

“Human?” acknowledged Abaddon as he passed by. Feisha stared blankly at him for a while before nodding.

Abaddon dawdled. “I think you’re alright,” he managed after a few minutes of contemplation.

Feisha was about to cry. “Thank you for the compliment, your eyes must be as sharp as an eagle.”

“You’re way less of an eyesore than that Michael kid.”

…Should he feel honoured or mournful?

A line of organisms shuffled up the stairs. Feisha slinked quietly to Isefel, furiously hinting at something.

Receiving the message, Isefel said out of the blue: “Borja got taught a very painful lesson.”

…Excuse me, Your Highness, but aren’t you way too direct? Inwardly swearing at Isefel, Feisha slinked quietly out of there in a flash just as Abaddon paused in his tracks. Even Almedande turned around.

“He was asking for it,” Isefel added.

Feisha had given up all hope on Isefel’s end and turned to Hughes instead. “Do you have a bomb shelter around here?”

“A what?”

“Then what about an impenetrable secret room?”

“Does the one you fell into a few days ago count?” asked Gin.

…If he had that kind of luck he’d have won the lottery and become a millionaire already, not dicking around in Noah’s Ark. Feisha hid behind Asa as Isefel relayed the recent events in clipped tones, silently judging the stupid system under which the secret room operated.

Instead of exploding, Abaddon only sighed. “I wouldn’t have had to go out of my way to suck up to Raphael in order for him to educate my son if I knew this would happen earlier.”

A big question mark appeared over Feisha’s head.

“You guys are really good at education.”

The question mark immediately changed to an exclamation mark.

“I don’t want the teachers to go easy on Borja just because he’s my son, so I went to beg Raphael, who hates my guts, to do this stuff. I didn’t think you guys had it in you, eh?”

…Borja is probably adopted or something, right? Like, maybe the result of some affair that came to bite Abaddon in the ass. Or at least the kid of an enemy family, because why else would he be so ruthless to his son?

Isefel nodded his head in agreement. “Raphael is a good choice.”

…Mr. Isefel, your attitude right now is the classic ‘I don’t give a shit about other people’s kids.’ Feisha’s faith in fallen angels’ humanity has been completely destroyed; his last hope would be that Raphael was a decent person for the sake of the angels’ name.

“That asshole son of mine ran away in the first place because he couldn’t take Raphael’s torture anymore. Coming here was certainly a surprise though, interesting choice of his.”

Feisha had completely given up on the concept of angels.

After showing Almedande and Abaddon to their rooms, Feisha and company banded together temporarily to gossip. Their friendship had strengthened by leaps and bounds after teaching Borja that lesson together.

“I feel like that faerie king’s relationship with Dea is a bit unusual,” Feisha initiated, encouraging the others to pitch in.

But his answer was a resounding silence.

Feisha had no choice but to push on alone. “Do you think something went on between them in the past?”

“………”

By this point, Feisha’s embarrassment had already evolved to anger. “Look, believe it or not gossip requires actual talking.”

“But I really don’t know anything,” mumbled Hughes. Gin, on the other hand, meaningfully opened his mouth as if he was going to speak.

Feisha eagerly waited for the story that was surely about to follow, but was met instead with Gin closing his mouth again.

“You- Spill the beans, spill, spill, spill!” growled Feisha, hands fisted in Layton’s shirt.

“Okay…okay, I’ll spill,” Layton replied weakly, dizzy from Feisha’s shaking.

Feisha calmly let go of Layton’s shirt, patted down his own shirt and took a sip of coffee. “It would’ve been much easier if you just cooperated from the very beginning, hm?”

“…It’s all my fault,” Layton muttered, head hanging.

………

“Don’t tell me- You were the one who got the faerie king and Dea together!?”

A corner of Layton’s lips twisted downwards. “I just report back to him once a month about Dea, that’s all.”

Gin frowned. “You didn’t tell him about that Dea and Antonio business, did you?” At Layton’s hesitant nod, he frowned harder.

“You- You traitor!” Feisha pointed an accusing finger at the perpetrator. “How could you sell your friends out like that? People like you are the reason why torture and public humiliation exist.”

Layton continued his staring competition with the ground.

“…Why don’t you tell us what you have against Dea?” Feisha sighed, placating. “Did he steal your fiancée and then abandon her? Or did he commit genocide on your race? We might be able to forgive you if you have a good reason.”

Layton wanted to hide under the table from embarrassment. “Almedande agreed to give me twenty gold coins every month…” was the mumble that came from below.

A pause.

Feisha took Layton’s hand in his, expression sincere. “Are you still looking for people?”

Gin, Hughes and Layton: “…”

After a period of emotional organisation, Gin finally steered the conversation topic back on track.

“Faeries were once God’s pets, and they stayed on the side of God during the Holy War in which Lucifer fell. It’s also because of this fact that many were infected by the betrayal and became dark faeries.”

“Is there a point to this?” asked Feisha.

“The point is that we’re establishing some backstory,” Gin retorted.

“It’s not like I’m immigrating to the faerie world or anything…”

Gin ignored him. “The faeries that weren’t infected are referred to as light faeries to distinguish them from dark faeries.”

Seeing Feisha’s restlessness, Hughes cut in to explain. “Dea is a light faerie, whereas the faerie king is a dark faerie.”

Predictably, Feisha immediately perked up. “Wait… So this is like Romeo and Juliet?”

Gin’s history lesson resumed. “With distinction comes conflict, and so the light and dark faeries threw themselves into a thousand-year long War of Light and Shadows for the throne.”

Feisha looked at Hughes again, only to be met by an apologetic look. “Sorry, I’m not too sure about the other stuff.”

Gin raised an eyebrow at Feisha.

“…You can continue,” decided Feisha, patting Layton on the shoulder.

“His Highness Almedande led the dark faeries to victory in the war and became the faerie king,” said Layton. “Dea was a general of the light faeries’ army, but His Highness had always had his eyes on him.”

“See, this is the benefit of purity,” nodded Feisha.

“Not a trace of beauty as usual,” Gin said in disdain.

Feisha suddenly slammed his palms down on the table, then flinched at the impact and rubbed them in pain. “Do you reckon Almedande was the one who slipped Dea a mickey?” Heh, that faerie king may look like a human but also does underhanded things like this, how unexpected. No wonder faeries have pointy ears; it’s to differentiate them from humans.

At the sight of Hughes’ darkening expression, Gin hurriedly cut in. “No, it was a curse.”

“Doesn’t even need to be taken orally,” Feisha lamented.

…Gin regretted ever touching this topic.

“I was not the one to cast the curse.”

In the split second Feisha turned around, a single thought flashed across his mind-

What’s worse than being caught talking behind someone’s back?

When that someone is way stronger than you.

Translator’s notes

“Your Majesty, the young master perhaps had a little too much fun today and is currently resting.”
What Feisha actually said: 伟大的阿巴顿大人,令公子由于今天玩得太哈皮,所以现在正在休息。Wěi dà de ā bā dùn dà rén, lìng gong zǐ yóu yú jīn tiān wán dé tài hā pí, suǒ yǐ xiàn zài zhèng zài xiū xí (lit. The great Mr Abaddon, because the young master played too [hāpí], he is currently resting).
You might have noticed the [hāpí] and asked yourself, “What the hell is a hapi?” Try sounding the pinyin out. Now say it faster. Does it sound like the word ‘happy’? Because that’s what it is – a terrible Chinese imitation of the word happy. It’s like saying “that person is too kawaii” with the terrible English accent and everything, except instead of Japanese and English it’s English and Chinese.

“Thank you for the compliment, your eyes must be as sharp as an eagle.”
Abaddon’s eyes are described here as being 慧眼如炬 huì yǎn rú jù (lit. eyes like a torch). Torch as in the Olympic kind of torch with fire and everything, not the battery-operated illuminating device.

Or at least the kid of an enemy family, because why else would he be so ruthless to his son?
OG Chinese: 或是像花无缺一样,你仇人家的吧huò shì xiàng huā wú quē yī yàng, nǐ chóurén jiā de ba (lit. Or like Hua Wu Que, from your enemy’s family) 花无缺huā wú quē is a Chinese novel whose titular character was raised by his family’s enemies. Disclaimer: I haven’t actually read it and Wikipedia doesn’t really say much, so don’t quote me on this.

“Look, believe it or not gossip requires actual talking.”
Oh. My. God. What is this, a pun I can’t translate!?!?!???!?!???? I’m gonna go live as a hermit to save the embarrassment, bye guys have a nice life
Just kidding, I’ll explain it: 八卦八卦要八才能挂啊。你们现在这样不声不响地挂电话很没礼貌知不知道?bā guà bā guà yào bā cái néng guà a. nǐ men xiàn zài zhè yàng bù shēng bù xiǎng dì guà diàn huà hěn méi lǐ mào zhī bù zhī dào? (lit. [Ba gua] [ba gua] you have to have the [ba] before you hang up. Hanging up without a word like what you’re doing now is really rude, don’t you know?)
Don’t worry too much about that stuff up there if the long long string of Chinese, pinyin and literal-translation-that-doesn’t-make-any-sense is making your head spin, because that’s what I’m here for!
Chinese 101: Gossip and Telephones
1. 八 guà means gossip
2. 电话guà diàn huà means to hang up the phone
3. 卦guà and 挂guà have the same pronunciation (say what!?)
The pun is basically Feisha telling them off for ‘hanging up the phone’ (i.e. not saying anything) without even contributing the ‘ba’ to ‘ba gua’ (i.e. offering info on Dea and Almedande).

      1. What, seriously? Can’t wait for that! I just figured Isefel was a peripheral character. He’s just so aloof.

  1. Feisha’s personality cracks me up. Also, hey, it’s Isefel! Haven’t seen that cutie in a long time. Thanks for the update! As funny as always xx

    1. In slang, a Mickey Finn — or simply a Mickey — is a drink laced with a psychoactive drug or incapacitating agent (especially chloral hydrate) given to someone without their knowledge, with intent to incapacitate them. Serving someone a “Mickey” is most commonly referred to as slipping someone a mickey, but it is sometimes spelled “mickie”.

      -Wikipedia

      So, I’m guessing date-rape drug.

    2. Kururii is pretty spot-on: “slipping someone a mickey” generally happens in bars, when a person puts drugs into another person’s drink without their consent.

  2. I love that they have their own gossip meeting going. Feisha definitely brought many surrpises to the Ark
Thank you for your hard work. ~(=^‥^)_旦~

  3. Feisha’s reaction to Abbadon’s attitude towards Borja was great. And that chapter ended on a wet your pants oh FUCK kinda moment. Hahahaha!
