Put yourself in his place , parents are gone, sister’s hysband died and ypu believe its bcoz of ypur brother while you dont know the truth, sister also died bcoz of brother’s creation and yet you font know any truth of who exactly did it , you think its wwx, and he also left you . Yeah, the only thing I can say is that if Wei Ying had shared some of his struggles with Jiang Cheng then maybe things would have gone differently but at the same time when Wei Ying came back from Yiling Mt. It was quite obvious some crazy shit had happened and should have asked or supported without question.

JC is such a complex character. He’s like… he’s horrible, but at the same time he’s not… he has his reasons, and he’s struggling so hard with his emotions, with being honest about them. Damn… I just love how this author creates the most complex, interesting characters. Their personalities and minds feel so REAL.

JC blames WWX because it was inevitable. WWX, as he said, always did better. I think ever since in the past, JC has that tiny grudge of being favoured more by Jiang Feng Mian. Bc WWX has done a terrible thing in his eyes, he finally has the excuse to hate him constantly. Even so, I believe some part of JC feels guilty.

Jiang Cheng is a type of character that needs someone to rely on, especially that he has this inferiority complex. People can hate him or like him but for me, he’s one of the best-written characters that I’d hate a lot, but still love. His character on the surface might just be a tsundere but seriously, his character has so much room for analysis.
