Luo XiaoLou was dumbfounded, his head buzzed, and then his heartbeat missed a beat. Even in the most dangerous moments, he had never panicked this much! No, he couldn’t be recognized! He immediately decided to go out through that door again, even if the people inside thought he was crazy!

Tragically, because Luo XiaoLou had stepped in, almost immediately, the electronic screen already sounded a sweet system tone: 187 to 93, group match, match 1: Yuan Xi vs 521, please enter.

Game 1, vs. Yuan Xi! He doesn’t want it!

“Hey, that dude at the door, you’re 521, I’ve seen you play before. Come on, it’s your turn!” Not far away a loud voice enthusiastically shouted at Luo XiaoLou.

Luo XiaoLou could not wait to strangle this big mouth to death, and this reminder also made everyone in the room focus their attention on Luo XiaoLou at the door. And as if that player wasn’t enthusiastic enough, he put a hand on Luo XiaoLou’s shoulder and brought him around.

“Quick, go. I’ve been looking forward to watching Yuan Xi compete every day. I’m telling you, he’s my idol, and I’ve been excited all morning to see him today. But you’re much luckier than me. The first one to match against Yuan Xi. Go ahead and remember to get an autograph.” The player reminded Luo XiaoLou good-naturedly in Luo XiaoLou’s ear.

I- I’m not feeling so lucky!

Luo XiaoLou was trembling, hardly daring to look at Yuan Xi, who was not far away. He didn’t shake off the arm of the guy next to him who was brain-dead about Yuan Xi, but his right hand quickly went to the player identification card on his chest.

Because of the guy next to him, Yuan Xi and the other player were also looking over here.

Luo XiaoLou’s hand almost touched the red button, when suddenly the card clicked and half a bead was thrown on the green button.

Luo XiaoLou turned white and looked up dumbfoundedly as Yuan Xi tossed the other half of the bead in his hand, seemingly laughing, and said, “Since you’re here, it’s meaningless not to compete.”

Luo XiaoLou almost cried, having lived together for so long, he’d almost forgotten about Yuan Xi’s harsh, overbearing and belligerent personality. The only good thing was that Yuan Xi didn’t recognize him.

No matter how much he didn’t want to go, there was no way for him to quit now, so Luo XiaoLou took the lead and headed out to make it quick. He had confidence in Yuan Xi and decided to quit the competition as soon as he got back, so he wouldn’t stay here and stare at him, because if Yuan Xi recognized him, there would never be an end to the domestic violence.

The moment Luo XiaoLou moved past Yuan Xi, Yuan Xi’s demeanor suddenly changed and he looked at Luo XiaoLou with a bit more doubt in his eyes. No one could easily get close to him without him noticing, but just now, 521 had walked past him with little to no perception or repulsion, which was a bit strange.

Of course, there was actually a reason why he didn’t let 521 exit the match smoothly. The last time they watched the video together, Luo XiaoLou seemed to have specifically asked about this 521, and although he tried to cover it up, Yuan Xi noticed that Luo XiaoLou was very interested in him.

Yuan Xi felt very unhappy, and so with such a rare opportunity, of course, he would use it to show the little slave that his man was much more powerful.

With this doubt in mind, Yuan Xi and Luo XiaoLou entered the arena. Luo XiaoLou’s nervousness was obvious to all, and the other two in the lounge were already sputtering out laughs on the couch as Luo XiaoLou walked out, trembling as he walked.

Yuan Xi wasn’t laughing, he was relaxed and comfortable as he walked behind, staring at Luo XiaoLou with slightly glowing eyes.

After Luo XiaoLou quickly slipped into the strapping blue mecha, Yuan Xi also called out Cloudy Sky and quickly got into the cockpit.

“Hey, are you crazy?! Why are you fighting against Yuan Xi!” 125 shouted from the cockpit.

“Wouldn’t I like to know that? I didn’t even have time to choose, and you were just shaking and not helping at all.” Luo XiaoLou said.

Already a fated fate and now that he didn’t have to face Yuan Xi directly, his nervousness was instead pushed down, replaced by a fire and excitement so deep in his heart that even Luo XiaoLou himself didn’t understand why he was actually feeling excited right now.

Perhaps from the very beginning, he had wished to fight Yuan Xi.

“You’ll die horribly,” 125 said quickly, while quietly raising the mecha’s level limit to six, which would protect Luo XiaoLou and prevent Yuan Xi from seeing who Luo XiaoLou was.

“Try not to use your usual moves you used to use in front of him.” 125 couldn’t help but instruct again.

“…I’ll try my best.” Luo XiaoLou took a deep breath.

Luo XiaoLou did try his best, and due to 125’s change of configuration, his speed had increased by another level, and many difficult techniques that he couldn’t do before were actually used in a panic. Luo XiaoLou thought he had improved his level, and was suddenly thrilled.

Relying on his speed and long distance, Luo XiaoLou lasted for a full ten minutes, and even then, he felt that these ten minutes were even more exhausting than the time he helped Mu Chen strengthen the mecha.

Concentration was high, and he was excited from body to spirit.

For the first five minutes, Yuan Xi barely made a move, just dodging Luo XiaoLou’s attacks, the way he looked like a cat flirting with a mouse. After that, Yuan Xi probably got tired of it, and when his movements changed, it was difficult for Luo XiaoLou to find YunXiao’s body again.

And because of the level limit, after five minutes, 125 was already wounded and not far from ending the battle.

Luo XiaoLou was thrilled when Yuan Xi kicked 125 out of the sky, and when he actually hit Yuan Xi’s shoulder armor. It was the first time he had hit Yuan Xi, in reality or online. Ahh!

Luo XiaoLou was still remembering the shot he had just fired, and Yuan Xi drew his long black soft sword, which he hadn’t used yet, and Luo XiaoLou was instantly covered by a black shadow, unable to distinguish the real from the virtual.

At the alert of 125, Luo XiaoLou’s fingers hurriedly moved and he entered a line of instructions.

Luo XiaoLou immediately noticed that something was wrong and managed to get 125 to take a step back to the left. Even so, before his finger stopped, he already felt the sharp pain in his shoulder.

“God, you’re hurt!” 125 shouted, then said, “Hold on! Don’t transform! You know how dangerous it is now. A doctor will be here soon.”

125 shouted in Luo XiaoLou’s head, who was already too pale from the pain and his forehead was covered in cold sweat.

Yuan Xi’s longsword had retracted; in fact, he started to pull back as Luo XiaoLou crashed into it.

This was almost never a weakness. In a tournament, injuries were common, and even if life was in danger, no one would blame the opponent. The reality of the mecha competition itself was not something that could be compared to a match on the virtual network. Since you’ve come to compete, you should be well aware.

But in that instant, Yuan Xi wasn’t sure why his heart was palpitating, and now involuntarily withdrew his longsword.

Seeing the blue mecha on the opposite side down and the obvious damage to the cockpit position, Yuan Xi jumped out of Cloudy Sky and headed that way.

125 immediately automatically cooperated with disabling the defense system after seeing Yuan Xi coming over, so Yuan Xi opened the cockpit without much trouble. His brow furrowed when he found the person inside.

Luo XiaoLou was covered in blood almost everywhere and looked rather scary. In fact, 125 had just given him first aid. The most severe injury from a fragment of the left shoulder mecha had been removed and was coated with bleeding stoppers.

Yuan Xi was about to take Luo XiaoLou out of the cockpit when the paramedics arrived, and with a little hesitation, Yuan Xi stepped aside.

Ahhhh, ah! Painful, but I love how this works out. LXL could fight to his heart’s content and use feel further ahead than before, YX is being cute. LXL’s gonna be busted, but no worries! If it’s just competing or being a mecha warrior, YX will support his man. I have no doubts.

As for why LXL can handle a mecha.. I think we’ll be fine.

Yuan Xi didn’t give 521 an opportunity to quit the match because he thought XiaoLuo was interested in “him”, and 521 ended up wounded. I bet this injury isn’t something that will recover immediately, so XiaoLuo is as good as busted. I can’t wait for the big cat’s reaction.😅🤩
Thank you for the chapter!!!

I will be absolutely floored if LXL’s identity isn’t exposed after this. And I guess this is also where he will end in the competition. The previous chapters mentioned how LXL was thinner, so it doesn’t seem like his body will be in the best state for recovery.

Thank you for the chapter.

YX felt something was off, after preventing LXL from exiting the match, followed by his reaction to wounding 521.
If LXL’s weight loss is due to using his mental power so much + competing, he won’t be strong enough to heal quickly.
I think YX suspects already and maybe with having hurt LXL, his anger will be diffused 🤞🤞
No way he’s not rumbled!

This chapter was astonishing. One question! Just ONE mention about 521 from LXL to Yuan Xi was all it took for this disaster to happen.

Hang in there, Luo Xiaolou! 😰
