With these hard times going on right now, a lot of the world has free time and free time can become a good, or a very bad thing. Good thing is Addis has a little more time to translate, so you’ll be seeing a lot more random novels popping up here and there.
We hope most of you will leave comments on the novels as these comments really help any translate feel as though they are getting or doing what the readers want. On this note, we encourage all of you to create an account on Novelupdates so our translators can see the comments and reviews of all our readers even if you do not want to leave one on our site directly.
For those who find new novels to read on NU, these ratings and reviews are a massive part for over 60% of the readers. Reviews and star ratings help readers make decisions faster and with greater confidence. A positive recommendation is one of the most powerful assets any translator has, and those 5-star reviews can help influence new readers to read on our site.

Thanks for all the work you do. There are so many novels out there – and all of them have so many chapters, sometimes I hope you guys don’t think my silence is that I don’t appreciate what you do, it just I read too slowly! I’m bad in the sense that I can’t mutitask novel plots, so I need to finish a story before doing another one (compared to manga, picture and short chapters and at times I need to reread as well). Aging does this 😂
And FYI, I’m also bad at buffets as well:)

Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication! Although my account here was only registered very recently, I have been reading novels and manga from Exiled Rebels for years, as far back as my early university days (and to think I’m still addicted to BL in grad school). I really love this place. I’ve reread Legendary Master’s Wife 4 times…. lol. So I am really glad to have found this place and am very grateful to the people who work behind this site to translate, edit, proof, and various other tasks.
I guess if I were to give a suggestion… another novel like LMW would be nice. I can’t help but say that LMW is very unique. I have never found any other like it even among other novels of the same genre. I must say that Exiled Rebels is a treasure trove of unique novels.

I don’t have a NU account and have thought about creating one but I usually review books/stories I read on goodreads. I haven’t read many of your novels projects yet but plan to in the future. in the meanwhile what I’ve been doing it clicking on the like button everytime you all release a chapter and I don’t know if that is the same thing?? I’m really socially inept (no lie, just bad at talking, I don’t keep in good contact with friends…). I really do appreciate all your hard work on the novels and I don’t want you all to feel unappreciated since you all do such great work with the translations and proofing/editing. Also all the research and how informative you all are with the notes.
Is there a way to follow your group on NU? Not just single titles?
I really appreciate all your efforts to keep us supplied with new material. If you would at sometime consider translating the works of MXTX into English besides MDZS I would love you forever! The first online novel i read was GDC & i fell in love. The translation was no nice that it can’t be explained in words. I have read most of the novels here after reading GDC. So thank you so much for your hard work. Be it novels or manga you guys give it your best. My first language is not chinese or japanese so to read it in English fills me with joy. For me your translations are the best.
