No! If it’s not made with sliced bread, it’s not a sandwich to me. Hot Dogs are traditionally served in hot dog buns (finger rolls).
Although, I suppose technically, any filling between 2 pieces of anything is ‘sandwiched’… still not a Sandwich though đđđ„Ș
Not at all, a hot dog is a meal in itself like a hamburger and should be eaten hot (warm), not like a sandwich that is eaten cold
