Guan Jin felt that things seemed to slowly be slipping out of his control, and a panic that he had never felt before arose in his heart.
“Lu YunYang, you hypocrite! Who was the one who said that they wouldn’t go all the way?” Guan Jin glared at the person on top of him.
Lu YunYang’s gaze was unwavering as he stared at him greedily, and he smiled innocently. “I said that I wouldn’t ‘today’, but it’s already past midnight now, so it’s the next day.”
“…” Is this even allowed?!
“Little Jin, you’re also a man, and men should be assertive with each other, right? Or else I would feel like I’m not respecting you.”
“…” Why did it seem like he was making a lot of sense? However, he still wanted to beat him up.
“Be obedient and lie down, I’ll be gentle…” Lu YunYang quickly lowered his head and kissed Guan Jin, his tongue sliding in.
“Mm…” Their tongues intertwined.
Their lips were pressed tightly together, not even leaving space for a breath. Lu YunYang’s hand was also lighting fires everywhere on Guan Jin’s body; through his “experimentation” from before, he clearly remembered his sensitive spots, causing Guan Jin to tremble uncontrollably.
“Ah…” Guan Jin was finally let go of, and he couldn’t help but gasp for breath like a fish out of water.
The person on top of him seemed to have left, and a chill swept across his body. Guan Jin’s delirious mind couldn’t even consider what he had left to do.
Soon, Lu YunYang returned and kissed Guan Jin’s neck softly, and began kneading his backside.
Guan Jin stiffened abruptly and exclaimed, “Bastard! Person whose surname is Lu! Where the fuck are you putting your hand?! Get out!”
Lu YunYang was unmoved, and willfully inserted a finger in exploration. His other hand soothingly caressed Guan Jin as he planted light kisses on his chest and neck.
With his frontside being dizzyingly stimulated, in the brief moment that Guan Jin was distracted, three fingers had already been inserted in him. He covered his eyes in defeat.
“Ah…mn, go slower, dammit!”
“Darling, spread your legs and relax, I don’t want to hurt you…” he coaxed softly, already halfway in.
Go to hell!
This feeling of being controlled by another person was very unfamiliar and very terrible, but it was also a little arousing. That bastard didn’t understand how to be gentle at all, and his backside was already stinging… Suddenly, a strong tingle spread across his entire body like electricity.
“Mn…” Guan Jin couldn’t help but moan.
The person on top of him seemed to be titillated, and his thrusts became even more forceful. “Baby, you’re so tight…”
When Guan Jin opened his eyes, they were filled with tears from the pain. The figure of the person on top of him was blurry, but that posture was like a beast arrogantly and unceremoniously dominating its prey. This feeling of being controlled unexpectedly gave Guan Jin a sense of pleasure.
Lu YunYang swept his gaze over his face and was surprised to see Guan Jin looking at him cloudily, with a hint of fragility in his expression.
“Babe, you’re too alluring, what do I do… I practically want to swallow you…”
“Mm——” Bastard, didn’t you already eat?!
After the last thrust, their bodies were pressed tightly together as they climaxed together. Guan Jin could only see a field of white light in front of him as countless fireworks exploded in his mind.
“Fuck off…” Only after recovering did Guan Jin feel a little embarrassed.
Lu YunYang held him tightly and nibbled his shoulder. “Let’s do it again.”
“…Haven’t you fucking had enough?!”
Thus, poor Guan Jin was once again tossed and turned for a while, and he didn’t know what kind of embarrassing things he uttered, all the way until he fell fast asleep out of exhaustion.
*****
He must have been abducted by aliens and used as an experiment subject, or else why didn’t a single bone in his body feel like his?
The “alien” was resting his chin in his hand and looking at him in fondness, one hand gently massaging his waist. “You’re awake? Are you uncomfortable anywhere? I made you congee.”
How come you’re not asking me where I’m comfortable? Guan Jin swallowed and said a little hoarsely, “Why don’t you go die?”
“If I died, who would serve you?” Lu YunYang smiled and handed a glass of water to Guan Jin. “It’s warm, your throat must be hoarse from yesterday.”
“…”
They had already done it, so it wasn’t like Guan Jin was going to make a big deal out of it. Besides, hadn’t it been him who had acquiesced in Lu YunYang being so unscrupulous? He wondered when his bottom line had gotten fed to and gobbled down by A-Gua…
“You’re quite tolerant, you don’t doubt what I said at all?” Guan Jin glanced at him.
“I believe it, not because I believe this type of bizarre story, but because I believe you.” Lu YunYang kissed his forehead.
“…Do you have skin hunger?” Guan Jin couldn’t stand Lu YunYang pressing up to him all the time.
“It might be more serious than that, I practically wish I could knead myself into you.”
“…And then what, use that to make dumplings?”
“Darling, you’re so funny~”
“Blech——”
After a bit, Lu YunYang suddenly paused and asked hesitantly, “Would you transmigrate back?”
“Huh? My body had already been buried for almost a year, where would I go back to?”
“Then would it be unstable or something?” Lu YunYang inspected him carefully. “Do you have any discomforts such as headaches, memory loss, or hallucinations?”
Guan Jin narrowed his eyes. “Do you have experience in this?”
“I don’t.”
“Then stop being such a quack! My body is fine.”
“I’m just a little scared. What if, at the time, you didn’t perfectly transmigrate into this body, or what if you happen to leave, what would I do?” Lu YunYang hugged Guan Jin tightly.
“This is all thanks to you, anyway.”
“True, I nearly had you killed. However, I don’t regret it, for I probably would never have gotten to meet you in this lifetime otherwise.”
“Is that supposed to be comforting?” Guan Jin glared at him. “However, I wonder how the original owner of this body is doing, I keep feeling a little inauthentic.”
“He was unlucky and died, so it can only be said that it was destined. You just luckily picked up his body after he died. You can thank him, but there’s no need to feel guilty. Why don’t we find some time later to set up a tombstone for him?”
“Mn.”
Guan Jin looked down tiredly, and his gaze happened to drift to the loose collar of Lu YunYang’s night robe. He has honey-colored skin, with strong muscles and smooth lines… Guan Jin suddenly had the weird notion of wanting to reach out and touch it, but that made no sense!
“Darling, what are you looking at?”
“I’m hungry, get me some food.” Guan Jin chided himself silently and buried himself under the blankets.
“Wait a moment, Your Majesty, while I go do that.” After getting out of the bed, Lu YunYang pecked Guan Jin on the cheek.
After watching Lu YunYang walk away, Guan Jin buried his head into the pillow.
The two of them both knew that the thorn that used to be stuck between them was now gone. There was no longer a dead person between them. Everyone was still alive and could forgive and love each other; this really was the luckiest thing in the world.

The break was like a small honeymoon, and it was precious for all couples.
“Let’s do it again.” The Duke was still stuck in the recently finished reverie.
However, someone clearly didn’t reciprocate it. “You can do it by yourself, and when you’re done, you can pack up and go home.”
The Duke could only resort to low tactics, so he complained unhappily, “You can’t even spend Chinese New Year’s Eve with me.”
“You’re a foreigner, it’s not like you celebrate it!” Wen JingHan said in indignation.
“But everyone is reuniting.”
“Which is why I’m going to go home to reunite with my parents,” Wen JingHan said mercilessly.
“I can go with you?” The Duke felt like he was being rejected.
“It’s the New Year’s, do you want to anger my dad into getting a heart disease?” Wen JingHan narrowed his eyes at him.
“He’s very nice to me.”
“Are you sure you’re not nearsighted? Is it nice that he practically wants to peel your skin off?”
“He’s obtained a lot of profit from me, what’s not to like?”
“So you’re saying that he should be very happy that he sold off his son?”
“That’s not what I said…”
“He’s doing it for my own good, you know. If you want to stay here, just be obedient, but don’t show up in front of my father.”
The Duke narrowed his eyes slightly. Not being liked by his lover’s father was unacceptable…

“Do you want to come to my place for dinner?” Jin MaiLong asked nicely.
Le Fan was taken aback. “No. Your mom always shovels so much food into my plate, it takes me two days to digest it all. I don’t want to get anorexia from that.”
“It’s because she likes you.”
Le Fan rolled his eyes. What kind of parents, after their son brought a man home, would be so receptive… Could it be that they were purposely trying to make him so stuffed that he died?! …Never mind, that was a little too absurd…
Le Fan didn’t know that Jin MaiLong had once led a hedonistic life, even when he was underage, and that his parents were always worried that one day, he would get himself in huge trouble and be ruined for a lifetime. However, they hadn’t expected his personality to take a complete turn because of Le Fan; now, not only did he frequently come home to visit, he also worked hard in his business studies. His parents were extremely grateful, so whether Le Fan was male or female, they definitely had to help their son keep him.
Originally, Jin MaiLong hadn’t wanted to go home, but if it meant Le Fan didn’t have to deal with scary corpses and evidence all day, he would gladly do it.
“Dear, it’s getting late, why don’t we…”
“It’s only six! Mm——”

“What’s this?” Guan Jin stared at the rows of little figures.
Lu YunYang handed him a tanghulu. “Here, this is sweet and sour, you’ll definitely like it. Those are dough figurines, a type of folk art.”
There was a man behind the stall, quickly pinching dough in his hands. Soon afterwards, a Zhu Bajie 1 practically came to life.
There were a few students helping to run the stall. A boy saw Lu YunYang approach, and he greeted enthusiastically, “Hi, do you like dough figurines?” When he saw a woman next to Lu YunYang also looking at the figurines, he seemed to think he was very smart and said, “Your girlfriend likes them, right? Why don’t you buy one for her?”
Lu YunYang looked at him, and the corner of his mouth curved upwards in amusement. The woman seemed to also have heard, and she glanced at Lu YunYang before walking away in embarrassment, revealing Guan Jin, who was nibbling on his tanghulu as he stared impassively at the boy.
“…” The boy felt that something seemed to be off, but he also didn’t completely understand. Two girls walked over and pulled the boy aside. They held up some figurines and said diligently, “Handsome, why don’t you buy one for your boyfriend, aren’t these cute?~”
In the end, Guan Jin held a Zhe Baijie as he left the stall with Lu YunYang, though not before hearing the girls rebuke the boy, saying, “Idiot, what were you thinking?! How imperceptive! Ah, we’re so lucky today, we actually saw a real gay couple~”
Guan Jin, Lu YunYang, and the boy were speechless.
Guan Jin stared at the colorful dough figurine, and his mouth twitched. He asked slowly, “Is it good to eat?”
“…It’s not edible…”
“Isn’t it made out of dough?”
“Yes, but there are additives and inedible food coloring in it.” Lu YunYang quickly stopped his idea of taking a bite.
“…Then what’s it for? What are those yellow figurines?” Guan Jin noticed a different stall.
“Those are sugar people.”
“Sugar people? Are those edible, then?” His eyes lit up.
“…They’re not…”
In order to prevent Guan Jin from getting food poisoning, it looked like he would have to monitor him carefully whenever they went out. Lu YunYang shook his head in fond exasperation.
The author has something to say: The next arc, “Still Waters and Bitter Cold”, is a special one, and it’ll probably be seven or eight chapters 2
Warnings:
1 This arc is relatively melodramatic
2 The main character of this arc is Wen JingHan, so Little Jin and YunYang will only occasionally appear; don’t enter if you’re not interested in our leader
3 For those who are looking forward to Wen JingHan’s innocence and purity… Don’t enter. The morality of the arc is skewed==
Ahem, in short, enter at your own risk…
For those of you who like Little Jin and YunYang, there will be a few happy extras after this arc~
I have nothing to say about the novel just wanted to forward my appreciation to the Exiles teams especially the author for this novel. This novel is one of my favorite, I like the written style, the plot and the variety of the people in the story. Thank youvery much.
I don’t get the reference to Anorexia at all; bulimia maybe 😕
The couples coming together is neat.

I recognise the ability and perseverance of the translator and editor. We’re would I be without you. (Well not able to read some wonderful stories for one thing) The author for their ability to take from the imagination and twist and turn thousands of words into a story that is connected and entices readers to invest in a world outside of the real world.
It’s nice the death secret isn’t hanging between these two anymore and they can continue to banter away happily for the rest of their life.
