No not really. Have tried several routines over the years but never could stay on one for more than a month. Not looking to bad even now at 62.

Yes; I had bad acne as a teenager and so from that time I cleanse, tone and moisturise.
The only differences now are the products I use, which have changed to accommodate my aging skin. I also have a specific cream for the eye area and my face cream has a SPF of 15.
I also use a sheet mask once a week (a Korean make).
For years I have used Lypsyl on my lips; brilliant stuff.
