I’ve had one. A proper full body massage is best that way; but areas not being massaged are kept covered, so one should never be lying there totally exposed.
Customer should also be asked if they want chest & buttocks including.
For anyone with cellulite on their rears, it’s a must!
It really is the only way to get a massage. That said, I have never removed my underwear, but bra, ya. How else can your back be massaged? It is why I typically prefer another female to be doing the massage, though. It can feel a little awkward otherwise, but they are professionals, so either way, worth it always.
