Today’s question is:
- When reading a danmei or BL, where is your comfort spot? (i.e. In bed, on the couch, on the toilet hiding from your cranky boss at work, etc.)
Addis: I’ll actually read while walking around my house. Got to get my steps in on my days off work! If not walking, I’ll be on the couch with the dogs and a fluffy blanket.
I love reading while lying under the blanket of fluffy bed and have a fan that only focus on me
90% of the time when I’m reading, I’m in the living room on my laptop with people coming and going or my parents watching TV on the couch in front of me. It’s a full house here, so I’m used to the noise around me and I’ve learned to distance myself from the conversations going on. Sometimes, I’m so focused on reading I don’t even notice when my family goes to bed and I’m suddenly alone in the living room.
The place does not matter! If I have time, it s perfect. Well the bed is not bad ja ja ja before sleep.
My comfort spot is my bed and my big dark green comfy armchair. If the weather allows I also like to read in my garden, launging on a cushioned garden swing.
Bed or living room. Prefer my bed though

Tbh I can read where ever i want to as long as there is no disturbances. But I still prefer bed.
I like reading in bed, but the place doesn’t matter anyway. I read while walking, in between eating, riding public transport… Anywhere!

Honestly I will read it anywhere it’s usually in my bed but I’ve read at school a-lot of times even during the sex scenes 🙈
i should be lying in my bed, with my phone and blanket, that’s where i can fully absorbed the story.. ❤

I always read lying down on the couch/bed. I can’t read when there is too much noise like the TV or talking nearby.
