i wonder when will WWX realize that he exposed himself when he played that calming song in his flute so thats how LWJ knew it was him (which im amusing since i also read the webtoon and it showed temporarily a flashback of them together, maybe LWJ was the one who played it to WWX before? and WWX just unconsciously remembered it) bad memory indeed XD

At the beginning when I just started reading this novel, the mistery behind how LWJ recognised WWX bothered me quite a bit. After watching the donghua (I hope I spelled it right) I had my theory and now it got further confirmed by the drama. And now I’m even more in love with this novel.

I reread the Buddha’s Feet chapters and like WWX there is no clear thing that seems to make it known that crazy Mo was WWX.
I figure it was a combination of things, summoning Wen Ning, continuing to order him around in order to protect the kids and especially Jin Ling, and his outrageous behavior, and knowing of shared history.
Same for JC recognizing his foster brother.
The fear of dogs just cemented it.
