I watched a few episodes of THE UNTAMMED and there in comments I come to know about the novel Nd immediately switched over to it.i MST say I’m enjoying so much Nd in novel it is more clear I wish drama has been based entirely on it… The translator hard work is highly appreciated… Realy wl done… I want this novel in book form also…from where I can get? I think it was Lan Zhan who took the sachet with him as a memento and I suspect Wei Ying actually asked the girl to give him one at the moment because he heard it had medicinal herbs inside and Lan Zhan was injured. Well, it might’ve also been simply a whim because it smelled good, but I believe he wanted it even more after knowing it had medicinal herbs inside

I really feel for Jiang Cheng. His parents are terrible at parenting. Jiang FengMian is too much of the “show affection and approval inwardly,” whereas Madam Yu always makes JC feel like crap by comparing him to Wei Ying all the time. Jiang Cheng is the type of the kid that needs to be shown affection and praised OUTWARDLY/verbally when he does something well. He’s right in saying that while he didn’t defeat an ancient, powerful monster, he worked tirelessly to save Wei Ying, who wouldn’t have escaped without JC’s help. Wei Ying may be the son of a servant, but I doubt Jiang Cheng, Yan Li and Sect Leader Jiang thinking of him such a way. They treat him like family. Jiang Cheng and Yan Li are treating him like a real brother. He’s part of the Jiang family, even if he isn’t a real sibling.
Sect Leader Jiang loves Jiang Cheng, but he showes it the wrong way. I understand he wants Jiang Cheng to be strong and independent, but this is not the right way to do it.

This novel really does felt alive.. when all those flashback of the lotus pier memories mentioned, I think I kinda understand what will be on wwx and JC mind.. like howww muchhhh they want to turn back the time where their families member was still alive especially yanli .. the homesick that can’t never be heal instead of bear with, all those shared dream and laughter .. those beautiful time.. even how much happiness was promising in their future ( wwx second life & jc present life),, these time was really2 something else. I kind of like this novel better. It much more detailed. I understand that the drama cant contain some of the BL parts due to the Chinese’ s government policy. I read this novel after watching the movie and I’m actually happy that i did that because I was a able to have a view of what the characters look like and understand their character more.
