Luo XiaoLou saw Yuan Xi’s eyes were closed and seemed to be asleep. He hesitated for a moment, carefully stepped on his back and gently lay down. After eating, Yuan Xi asked where he could find the energy stones as he prepared to go out.

Li Jay hesitated and said, “Are you planning to enter District D in three days?”

He took out the shield that Feng JiaLing had given Luo XiaoLou, and was pleased to see that the invisible shield was undamaged after reaching the cave. Yuan Xi reattached the energy box to Luo XiaoLou’s claws and opened the shield.

Yuan Xi coldly instructed, “Stay here and don’t move, I’ll be out by noon. If there’s danger, run inside.”

Luo XiaoLou looked inside uneasily as Yuan Xi walked into the dark cave without looking back.

The gray rat’s small red eyes flashed and it drooled, as if it thought it would be better to try a different food than to fight with this person who couldn’t be defeated in a short time.

Sensing the gray rat’s intention, Yuan Xi moved forward and suddenly fell to the ground.

The gray rat was overjoyed, stopped running and opened its mouth to bite Yuan Xi with its sharp teeth. As Luo XiaoLou rushed towards him, Yuan Xi turned to the side, the black short sword in his hand suddenly entered the rat’s mouth and then pierced through the back of its head.

 

The mouse struggled a few times until it no longer moved.
