“You’re pregnant again.” Fei Zheng’s voice was low, and implied surprise.

Nan HuaiLin was stunned. He didn’t know how to react.

Fei Cheng, however, was surprised and happy. “Are you sure?”

Fei Zheng nodded. “His body is emitting a strong smell of conception.”

Fei Cheng leaned close to Nan HuaiLin, and nuzzled the tip of his nose against his skin. “…There really is a strange scent. I smelled it on him before. I thought it was a natural body scent, but it turns out to be the scent of conception.”

Fei Zheng looked at Nan HuaiLin with rare concern. “How do you feel?”

Nan HuaiLin gently put one hand on his stomach, clutched Fei Cheng’s hand with the other and shook his head with a blank face. “Nothing.”

Fei Zheng said, “You don’t need to be nervous or scared. Except for some adverse reactions in the early stage of pregnancy, breeding dragon eggs will not cause any harm to your body. Actually it will have many benefits. You must have experienced them when you were pregnant with your first set. You’ll understand without me saying much.”

When he was pregnant with the first set, Nan HuaiLin’s life and work were hardly affected at all. The dragon eggs were quietly nurtured in his belly without any movement, so much so that he didn’t know of their existence until they were born.

Now, with a second set having suddenly arrived, he was lucky enough to know of their existence early. Now he was like a mother who was told by the obstetrician, “Congratulations, you’re pregnant!” He continued to be confused, and a bit overwhelmed.

Fei Cheng, on the other hand, was overjoyed that his beloved was pregnant with his child. A man would be overjoyed. Not to mention that dragon eggs were extremely difficult to conceive, and his wife got pregnant with dragon eggs just like it was a game.

“Wife, you are too great!” Fei Cheng looked at him with eyes that glowed. He was overflowing with love and affection. “I adore you!”

Nan HuaiLin finally cheered up a little, and said with a smile, “Don’t, I can’t bear it.” He turned to Fei Zheng, called out “brother,” a little embarrassed, and then asked, “Is there anything I need to pay attention to?”

“Other than no strenuous exercise,” Fei Zheng said. “There’s nothing to worry about.”

“Okay, I’ll remember.” Nan HuaiLin turned to Fei Cheng. “Let’s go home for the infusion. I want to see the little dragons.”

“Okay.” Fei Cheng agreed. “Brother, you can help lift the medicine bottle.”

Fei Zheng asked indifferently, “Then what are you doing?”

Fei Cheng rightfully replied, “I’m carrying my wife.”

Fei Zheng, “…”

Nan HuaiLin said, “I can walk by myself. I don’t need you to carry me.”

“You can walk, but I won’t let you walk, so I have to hold you.” Without another word, Fei Cheng put one hand under his knees, one hand behind his back and easily picked him up.

So, two tall and handsome dragon men took him home, while one held his medicine bottle, and the other carried him. Nan HuaiLin was flattered. It was a good thing the streets were empty and deserted in the early morning, otherwise the three of them would have been too noticeable.

“Brother, I have a question.” Fei Cheng said.

“Ask.”

“If dragon eggs weren’t so hard to conceive, our dragon race wouldn’t be on the verge of extinction.” Fei Cheng said, “But why is it so easy for Little Lin-zi to conceive? He can’t just keep on laying one litter after another, can he?”

That’s exactly what Nan HuaiLin wanted to ask.

It was easy to give birth, but not easy to raise.

If you counted the litter of five, then two litters a year, four litters in two years…Think about it.

“I don’t know,” Fei Zheng said. “Maybe…You guys are a better fit.”

“My brother says we were made for each other.” Fei Cheng said to Nan HuaiLin with a smile.

Nan HuaiLin voiced his concern, “If we keep having babies at this rate, how will we be able to raise them?”

Fei Cheng frowned. “That’s definitely a problem.”

Fei Zheng said, “If we bring the baby dragons back to Underwater City to raise them, it won’t be a problem. There’s plenty of food at the bottom of the sea, and we don’t have to worry about being discovered by humans.”

Fei Cheng thought about it. “Then raise the young dragons in the city under the sea, and bring them back after they become human.”

Fei Zheng said, “That’s what I was thinking.”

Nan HuaiLin didn’t speak up, because he couldn’t think of a better way.

As they talked, they entered the neighborhood.

Fei Cheng asked, “Brother, where are the dragon cubs?”

Fei Zheng said, “They’re in the car.”

The three of them took the elevator down to the garage. Fei Cheng put Nan HuaiLin down, then took the medicine bottle from his brother and held it up.

When they got close, the car door suddenly opened and a girl came out of the car. She had waist-length hair, was young and beautiful, and wore a long, aqua blue dress.

“Dragon Two!” The girl shouted happily. Her high heels clattered on the floor as she walked over. “What are you wearing? It’s spirited enough.”

“Call me that again, and I’ll beat you up!” Fei Cheng turned his head to look at Fei Zheng. “Brother, why did you bring it here?”

“I’m here to help you with the babies.” The girl looked at Nan HuaiLin with a smile. “You’re Dragon Two’s wife, right? You are really good looking.”

Nan HuaiLin was a little embarrassed, but said with a smile, “Hi, my name is Nan HuaiLin.”

“Nice name.” The girl smiled and said, “I’m Lancelot. I’m a good friend of Dragon Two. You can call me Little Blue.”

“I said don’t call me that!” Fei Cheng freaked out. “I’ll really beat you up!”

“How can you be so mean to a girl?” Nan HuaiLin gave him a reproachful look.

“He’s a transvestite.” Fei Cheng softened his tone when he spoke to his wife. “Not a natural girl.”

“Huh?” Nan HuaiLin looked at the pretty girl in front of him with surprise, no, the man in drag. It was unbelievable.

Fei Cheng handed the bottle of medicine in his hand to Lancelot, and said brusquely, “Hold it up properly.”

He walked over to the car and joined Fei Zheng, who was holding a bird cage covered with a black cloth, so no one could see inside or hear a sound.

Nan HuaiLin’s heart began to beat faster.

After so long, he was finally going to see his dragon cubs.

What did they look like? They probably wouldn’t recognize him, right?

And the unhatched egg, what would happen to it now?

The four of them took the elevator upstairs.

Next to Nan HuaiLin, Lancelot whispered, “I’ve known Dragon Two since we were very young. He’s been a wicked boy since he was a child, and any animal in a hundred mile radius of the city was afraid of him.”

Nan HuaiLin heard something wrong. “You…you aren’t human?”

Lancelot ruffled his hair, and said with a smile, “Guess what I am.”

Nan HuaiLin thought for a moment. “A shark?”

Lancelot was surprised. “How did you know?”

It seemed he guessed right. Nan HuaiLin said with a smile, “Because Fei Cheng mentioned to me that dragon pearls are worth more than shark pearls. So I thought the shark must exist. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have said that.”

Fei Cheng said proudly, “My wife is so smart.”

Lancelot grunted and said, “You’re burying me behind my back, aren’t you? You’re so unkind, Dragon Two.”

Fei Cheng chuckled and said, “You’re right.”

Fei Zheng said coldly, “You two should stop fighting.”

Lancelot immediately said in a soft voice, “Okay, Brother Zheng.”

When they entered the house, Fei Zheng and Fei Cheng put the four bird cages on the table in the living room, while Lancelot hung the IV bottle on the floor lamp next to the sofa.

Fei Cheng went over and closed the curtains. Then Fei Zheng lifted the black cloths on the cages, and opened the doors one by one. The four little white dragons flew out. Their wings fluttered as they circled around the crystal chandelier in the living room twice before they flew straight to Nan HuaiLin who was sitting on the sofa.

Nan HuaiLin was so nervous that he couldn’t breathe.

The four little white dragons landed on his lap like sparrows. They had small, snow-white wings about the size of a sparrow’s wings and bodies like little white snakes. However they also had horns on their heads, claws under their belly, and manes at the end of their tails. They looked exactly like supermini versions of Fei Cheng’s original form.

Nan HuaiLin looked at them, as he thought nervously and apprehensively, I’m really, really a father. These are my children. My children and Fei Cheng’s children…

Nan HuaiLin stretched out his right hand without prompting, and spread it flat on his lap with his palm upward. The nearest little white dragon jumped into his hand without hesitation.

The little white dragon cocked its tiny head. It was obviously very curious about him too.

After it stared wide-eyed for a few moments, the little white dragon poked its head up and gently rubbed itself against the tip of Nan HuaiLin’s nose, as if it was pleasing and pampering him. Nan HuaiLin’s heart melted instantly.

The remaining three little white dragons weren’t to be outdone, and headed for Nan HuaiLin’s shoulders as they flapped their wings. One of them failed to stand firmly, and stumbled twice before it fell down while its wings flailed.

Nan HuaiLin looked at Fei Cheng. “They seem to recognize me.”

“Of course,” Fei Cheng sat next to him. “They were in your belly for six months. They are most familiar with your scent.”

Nan HuaiLin said, “But I can’t tell them apart. They look exactly the same.”

“It’s okay, I can’t tell them apart either.” Fei Cheng took the little dragon that was rubbing against Nan HuaiLin’s neck, and held it in his hand. “I’ll dye them different colors tomorrow. Red, blue, yellow and green. Then we can tell them apart by looking at the colors. “

“Or,” Lancelot looked horrified. “You could tie different colors of thread to their claws.”

Nan HuaiLin smiled and said, “Good idea.”

The little dragons and Nan HuaiLin were intimate for a while, then one by one they flew away and circled around the crystal chandelier. Their shadows rotated and cast images on the wall. It created a very horror movie atmosphere. If he woke up in the middle of the night and saw this scene, he’d probably be scared enough to pee himself.

The first bottle of medicine was soon finished. Fei Cheng replaced it with the second bottle, and then touched Nan HuaiLin’s forehead. It was still a little hot.

Fei Zheng looked at his watch and said, “I’ll take the little dragons to the house in the Yanxi villa area first, and then you can go there when Nan’s fever has gone down.”

Fei Cheng nodded. “Okay.”

The little dragons were put back into the bird cages. Only then didn Nan HuaiLin remember to ask, “Brother, where is the egg that hasn’t hatched yet?”

Fei Zheng said, “It’s in a miniature incubator in the car. Don’t worry.”

Fei Zheng and Lancelot left with two bird cages each. Fei Cheng walked them to the elevator before he returned.

“Go lie down on the bed.” Fei Cheng held up the medicine bottle with one hand, and put his other arm around Nan HuaiLin. “Are you still uncomfortable?”

Nan HuaiLin shook his head. “I was cured by the cute little dragons. They look exactly like you.”

Fei Cheng laughed and said, “You think they’re cute now, but when they get bigger you’ll want to slap them against the wall.”

“I think they’re good,” Nan HuaiLin said. “They’re not as naughty as you make them out to be.”

Fei Cheng said, “You’ll see tomorrow.”

After he hung the medicine bottle on the bed, Fei Cheng went to the bathroom and took a brief shower. He came back with a fresh scent.

“Wife,” Fei Cheng’s voice was gentle. “You’ve worked hard.”

Nan HuaiLin liked Fei Cheng’s embrace too much. It was like a safe and quiet harbor. As long as he was lying in Fei Cheng’s arms, happiness would flow in his body with his blood, so that all his internal organs were soothed.

“It’s not hard at all, but I feel very happy to contribute to the prosperity of the dragon family.” Because of the persistent fever, Nan HuaiLin’s voice was already quiet, but it added a few more sweet notes to it. “I don’t think I told you. The day you came back from the United States, I had a dream that I laid eggs one after another, and hatched many baby dragons that surrounded me like chicks around a hen. I felt so happy after I woke up. “

Fei Cheng imagined that picture, and couldn’t help but laugh.

“Like your brother said, we two must really be very compatible. A natural pair. Otherwise how can we always do such a difficult thing as breeding dragon eggs so easily?” Nan HuaiLin went on to say, “There will probably be a third, fourth, fifth clutch… I’m not scared at all. I’m especially happy to give you babies, but…”

“But what?” Fei Cheng asked softly.

“But every time we have them, it means you have to leave me for six months to hatch the eggs.” Nan HuaiLin’s voice dropped, “It’s such a long and painful separation. After just one, I never want to go through it again. I can’t live a day without you now.”

Fei Cheng felt that his heart was sore and sour, as if he was soaking in seawater.

Fei Cheng held Nan HuaiLin’s arm tighter, and whispered, “I don’t want to be separated from you either, but to hatch the eggs, we have to go to Undersea City. It’s the most suitable environment for dragon eggs to hatch, otherwise they will easily turn into dead eggs.”

“That’s why I wanted to ask you,” Nan HuaiLin leaned back a little, and looked at Fei Cheng’s face. “Can I go to Undersea City?”

“What?” Fei Cheng froze.

“Can I live in Undersea City?” Nan HuaiLin asked more clearly. “Or is it only possible for dragons?”

“Yes,” Fei Cheng remained a little stunned. “Humans can also live in Undersea City.”

“That’s good,” Nan HuaiLin smiled. “From now on when you hatch eggs, I’ll go live with you in Undersea City. When you aren’t hatching eggs, we’ll live on land.”

Fei Cheng was silent for a moment, then said, “But you will have no family or friends there, and you can’t act. Life will be boring and tedious, and you will get restless.”

“No,” Nan HuaiLin said with certainty. “I’ll have you and the little dragons. That’s enough. And we won’t live under the sea all the time. I can still act, and go home to visit my parents.”

Fei Cheng rested his forehead against his and whispered, “But I don’t want you to sacrifice the normal life you should have for me.”

Nan HuaiLin smiled. “Idiot. The life I should have is the life I have with you.”

Fei Cheng couldn’t speak. His throat felt like it was blocked by something.

After a long time, he lowered his head and kissed Nan HuaiLin’s lips. He said softly, “I love you.”

Nan HuaiLin kissed him back. “I love you, too.”

It was almost dawn when the medicine in the bottle finished dripping. Fei Cheng skillfully pulled out the needle without even waking Nan HuaiLin, who was already asleep. He pulled the curtains tight, then put the phone on silent so that Nan HuaiLin, who had been tossing and turning all night, could get a good night’s sleep.

He himself couldn’t sleep soundly, and had to wake up every now and then for fear that Nan HuaiLin would suddenly get a fever again.

Luckily, the fever didn’t return this time. Nan HuaiLin slept until noon, and finally woke up from hunger. The room was so dark that he couldn’t see anything. After he felt around and discovered that Fei Cheng wasn’t there, he sat up against the head of the bed, and fumbled to turn on the light. Just then the phone on the bedside table lit up as a call came in.

His vision hadn’t yet been fully restored, so he couldn’t see who was on the caller ID as he swiped the phone to answer it. “Something’s wrong!”

Nan HuaiLin’s heart thumped and he said. “Take it easy. What happened?”

“Online!” Man Tianzhu paused sharply. “There are your…nude photos.”

Nan HuaiLin laughed. “That’s impossible, I’ve never taken–“

He stopped abruptly, and the smile on his face froze.

After a short pause, he said in a low voice, “Send me the photos right away.”

“Yes!”

Nan HuaiLin didn’t hang up the phone. He switched to the WeChat interface, and waited for a few seconds while Man Tianzhu sent the photos over.

Nan HuaiLin blinked his eyes and his vision regained its clarity. He clicked on the picture and stared at the photo with dead eyes, as anger burned in his chest.

In fact, it wasn’t appropriate to define this photo as a ‘nude photo.’

In the photo, Nan HuaiLin was indeed nude, but the key parts weren’t exposed. He was naked on a white bed sheet, one leg slightly bent up. His round and upright buttocks were visible, the sunken waist bend connected with his rounded hip line and beautiful waistline. His face was almost completely buried in the pillow and the bend of his arm. Only a smiling eye looked at the camera, and seemed both ashamed and annoyed.

“Nan Nan? Xiao Nan!” Man Tianzhu’s anxious shout came from the phone.

“Mn,” Nan HuaiLin put the phone back to his ear. “I’m here.”

“This picture…” Man Tianzhu said. “It’s you, isn’t it?”

Nan HuaiLin was silent for a few seconds, then replied in a quiet voice, “It’s me.”

Man Tianzhu asked, “Who took it?”

“I can’t tell you yet,” Nan HuaiLin quickly calmed down. “But I know that he would never post this photo on the Internet.”

Man Tianzhu said anxiously, “How can the PR team handle this if you won’t tell me the truth?”

Nan HuaiLin said, “I’ll make a phone call first, and call you back later.”

As soon as he hung up the phone, an unfamiliar number came in.

At the same time, the door of the bedroom was pushed open and a smiling Fei Cheng walked in. “Honey, you’re starving, right? I’ve made dinner. Get up and eat, then we’ll go see our sons.”

Nan HuaiLin clutched the phone tightly. He didn’t dare look into Fei Cheng’s eyes.

Ohoho… Guess its his ex.. maybe?

This must be to do with Shi Yan.
Initially I wondered if it was secretly taken at, or from, the scene he filmed with Shen Chong, but his reaction makes it seem to be about his ex.
Or SY’s current fiancé found it and posted it out of anger/jealousy, or to try and wreck his career.
How will Fei Cheng react? I think he’ll be more worried about NHL than angry with him (but will probably want to kill whoever is behind it!)
Thank you for translating and editing.

Oh… looks like someone is being a sore looser over Nan HuaiLin’s wedding with Fei Cheng. This cliffhanger is vicious enough. I want to see some dragon wrath and some ‘ripping someone to shreds’, because whoever posted it, surely deserves to be punished.

Thank you for the chapter!!!

Amazing how people are so selfish and envious that NHL is so happy. Haaa…. what a rage. I hope Fei Cheng takes revenge on whoever did this!

I think nhl will tell his hubby right away. I believe the synopsis says that no dog blood, so it will be smooth sailing, ruining whoever’s life who did that. Might be brother in law will take action, because the bloodline of the dragons clan is on stake.
