Yep, I’ve read both of those and they’re both amazing, thank you for translating. I’ll read ANYTHING, I read a lot and an a speed reader, so I love a long series. I’ve read a lot of the really old mangas that are still ongoing – Viewfinder, Junjou Romantica, Sekaiichi Hatsukoi, etc. I’ve happily reread them too. I love to read.

I did make it through LMW, but vowed never again.
200-ish chapters is the highest I go now before getting bored. Preferably in the 100-150 range.

While I love reading. sometimes just reading one ridiculously long novel gets a bit boring and you feel the need to read something else… then I forget to go back… oops (I was reading and enjoying Mecha Slave Contract and the same thing happened. I read 73% or up to chapter 231 needed a break and just haven’t gone back. I feel like I’ll go back someday because I was really enjoying the thing but it’s just. so. long.)
Definitely, LMW was the longest so far, with TGCF being the second, and I think Mecha Slave Contract as the third longest. I don’t remember the number of chapters for MDZS, but it was long too. There were some super long mangas too, but those are ongoing, and in majority I don’t read them anymore because they started dragging the plot.
Definitely legendary master’s wife. I actually really like super long bl stories (500+ chapters) but they’re very rare ;_;. I like having the options to back out of a story or keep going with it. Some stories i just really like and want to keep reading and am super sad when they’re really short.

For me it was also LMW(and TGCF)… It seems that it’s too long for most people, seeing that pattern in the comments, but to me is easy to come back and read it at least once or twice a year lol

The longest I have read so far is Rebirth of the Supreme Celestial Being with 774 Chap. But for me, Legendary Master Wife, 731 Chap., is the only one I have found that’s so long and I can actually re-read it many times (I’m currently on my 4th time)
After that, I consider: long at around 300-350 chapters, medium leng at around 200-205, and short leng at around 100-105. Less than that are quick reads, but by no means that diminishes they value to me.

For me it’s Er Ha, The Husky and his White Cat Shizun 350 chapters. Then Of course TGCF 252 chapters. I’ve been curious about LMW, but keep postponing since it’s more than 700 chapters.

Yes! Longest novel for me is Legendary Master’s Wife (still love it)~ I don’t even think I’ve read another novel that’s 300 chapters long (although some were close to it; my friends all ask me how I never get bored of reading novels with that many chapters 〒▽〒 I’ll socialise soon, don’t worry)

I got the same answer as Addis, but I didn’t finish reading The legendary Master’s wife I stopped at 500+ chapters. But I really like the Matcha Slave Contact, I read it 3 times when I was waiting for the next then I went back to start reading from the beginning by the time the story ended I already done it 3 times.
