Interstellar’s First Out of Wedlock Pregnancy
Chapter 12: Alpha
Translated by Addis of Exiled Rebels Scanlations
“How many of these monsters are there on Alpha?” Delia pointed at the table with her long finger, and her green eyes looked at Ye Shao seriously.
“I don’t know, but from the last time I left Alpha, the whole planet was completely occupied by these creatures.” Ye Shao recalled the green and rolling gray things and his clear black eyes turned dark. Now it had been so long that he didn’t know what had become of Alpha.
Perhaps, now Alpha was a hell-hole where monsters roamed freely. And those who lived on Alpha? Who knew how many survived. And his teammates, they would not be easily knocked down by these monsters, but he didn’t know how many were still fighting them, living in a corner of the planet.
Now everything is unknown. Only when they get to Alpha and see the scene with his own eyes, could he make a conclusion.
Now he could only pray that the situation there would not be too bad.
Delia seemed to have something in mind, and then she tapped the table with her finger. Several kinds of light quickly changed in her green eyes, and finally precipitated into a dark green. “Okay, I understand. Now that you’ve fought that monster, do you know where its weaknesses are?”
“Weakness?” Ye Shao clenched his lips and thought for a moment, then shook his head. “I’m sorry, because there were no favorable weapons, I couldn’t compete with it head-on, so I can’t judge where its real weakness lies. But at least the eyes and mouth of the head are one of the weaknesses.” Ye Shao hesitated and said, “It is certain that its weakness should be in a certain position of its head. Cutting off any tentacle will make another grow out quickly, but after breaking its head, it will lose its regenerative function.”
Delia asked a few more questions, then glanced around at the thoughtful officers and nodded at Ye Shao. “Well, that’s all I have to ask. It’s getting late. I’ll ask Yanni to take you to your room.”
Ye Shao quickly stood up. He knew that Delia and the rest would continue to discuss the issue and plan to fight against the monster, but he was obviously not qualified to stay there any longer.
As soon as Ye Shao and Long Yuan walked out of the door of the conference room, Yanni leaned out of the wall and said, “Please follow me.” He quickly stepped out with his whole body, which was slightly luminous and transparent as he stepped on the ground, like a human striding forward.
Yanni took them through most of the warship, and finally stopped at two adjacent doors. “I prepared this for Ye Shao. I’ll activate the door recognition system later, and after recording your information, only you can enter this room.” Numerous green symbols were running through his pupils. Then, he saw a red circular device about the size of a coin on the door, which projected several thin red rays, which quickly swept over Ye Shao’s body.
Long Yuan, who was standing on one side, suddenly said, “Record my information together with his to add my information. I think there should be no problem?”
“Yes, as long as they agree.” Yanni nodded.
Standing behind Ye Shao, Long Yuan looked at Ye Shao, a deep blue flashed in his eyes.
Ye Shao pressed his lips together and looked at Long Yuan without saying a word. His pointed jaw was also a little tense. Then he closed his eyes, with its long lashes and turned away as if he had given up. “I agree.” Then he straightened his back and without looking at Long Yuan again, walked quickly into his room.
Long Yuan’s lips curved up. He looked at the slender figure of Ye Shao disappearing behind the door before he turned around and looked at Yanni. “Is it okay now?”
“Yes, please stand in the scanning range.”
Ye Shao smoothed his scattered hair in front of his forehead. His slender eyebrows wrinkled slightly, and there were two hills between his eyebrows. He circled around several times impatiently. His beautiful but cool face was full of chagrin. Finally, he pounded the wall hard, then relaxed his tight shoulders and sat down on the chair in the room.
Just now Long Yuan looked at him with a slightly intimidating and domineering look. He couldn’t resist and gave up his hard to obtain privacy. But that oppressive look that made people obey, was that really what an only ordinary nobleman could have?
Ye Shao reached out and pressed his thumb on his throbbing forehead. Who was provoked by his mistake? Ye Shao didn’t want to think about it any more. He immediately stopped thinking.
“Mommy are you alright? Baby felt your mood going up and down erratically~” After a long time, a soft child’s voice sounded carefully.
The fearsome and sensitive uncle finally left. Baby should seize the opportunity to talk to mother. But mother seemed to be in a bad mood, blaming that uncle, but in spite of this, baby still wanted to eat that uncle’s essence (:3)∠)……
The baby thought greedily, and rolled several times in Ye Shao’s stomach.
Finally, he could stretch his muscles and bones. He must seize the opportunity to stretch and roll, otherwise as soon as the uncle appears, he would not be able to move again.
Ye Shao was startled by his abnormal stomach. For so many days, Long Yuan was almost inseparable from him, and the thing in his belly had never been heard from. He almost forgot that there was an unknown creature in his stomach that gave him headaches.
“It’s okay.” Ye Shao stood up and threw himself on the bed. He touched his stomach and felt the constant movement underneath his hand. After so long, he could even feel the joy of the thing inside. This feeling was very strange. Ye Shao touched his stomach a few times, then his movements became stiff and he quickly moved his hand away.
Ye Shao tightened his brow again, and his face became a little ugly. At first, he left that thing in his stomach alone because he didn’t want it to die like this. But now, although he still felt very strange, he had stopped being repelled by the creature in his belly. Even when it felt happy, he couldn’t help but feel a part of his heart soften.
“Mommy…” Feeling Ye Shao’s emotion, he began to be restless again. The baby’s nervous voice whispered again, and clearly passed into Ye Shao’s ears.
“Be quiet.” Ye Shao put his arm over his eyes. He needed quiet to calm down his restless heart.
The creature in the stomach seemed to quiver a few times in a pitiful way, and then it was still.
