Yuan Xi intended to show his mastery of the house with his actions, and in fact he did so, glaring at the little slave that dared to shake his face.

After sitting down, Yuan Xi tapped on the table to remind Luo XiaoLou to bring the juice, then paled and said, “I’m not happy that we’re so busy that we can barely see each other. Starting next week, you’ll need to take one day a week to spend exclusively with me.”

Yuan Xi knew that Luo XiaoLou valued his time the most, which wasn’t to say that Luo XiaoLou valued his autonomy. In fact, he gave Luo XiaoLou plenty of it, except for the fact that they lived together.

Yuan Xi knew that Luo XiaoLou would never want anything to interfere with his studies or his part-time job, and his part-time job on the weekends would certainly satisfy both. Of course, he would never say anything about how good Luo XiaoLou’s unexpected rest last Sunday made him feel about.

Yuan Xi decided that if Luo XiaoLou was adamantly opposed to it and refused to comply or whatever, he would-just agree to Luo XiaoLou’s self-imposed rule over his weekends. But just the same, he could use Luo XiaoLou’s refusal as an excuse to set house rules.

Luo XiaoLou was startled by the thought of Yuan Xi obediently listening to him, and when he saw how eagerly Yuan Xi was waiting for his answer, his heart started to drum, why did he start asking for it as soon as Master Yan gave him a holiday? He didn’t mention to Yuan Xi that he was off Sundays from now on, so those two were still related, right?

At least this psychic connection had reached a terrifying level.

“Of course.” Luo XiaoLou said cautiously. He was idle anyway, following Yuan Xi could let him both observe the genius’s operating techniques up close and see who… was actually coveting Yuan Xi. Although Yuan Xi himself hadn’t noticed it, the fact that he was attracting bees and butterflies showed his skills were much better than his.

Yuan Xi stared at Luo XiaoLou with a death glare, and then his smile began to change uncontrollably into a silly one he would never admit to, after agreeing – actually agreeing! Despite being shocked to death, Yuan Xi maintained his usual matter-of-factness and said, “It’s long, long overdue.”

With a glance at Yuan Xi, Luo XiaoLou pushed the broccoli over to Yuan Xi’s side and said, “You shouldn’t just eat fish and meat, it’s better to pair it with some vegetables.”

When he saw Luo XiaoLou smiling and thanking him, Yuan Xi thought to himself, ‘It’s almost like he’s been trained and it’s turned into a habit. If this continues, he’ll be so humiliated that he’ll become a top ten good man before his father…’

How could he set house rules for Luo XiaoLou in this atmosphere?

Looking at Yuan Xi’s erratic face, Luo XiaoLou wisely changed the subject, “I’d like to use your physical training room upstairs, is that okay?”

Yuan Xi, who was feeling depressed, immediately perked his ears and said approvingly, “You should have started exercising long ago. Your physical strength is too poor, and although your flexibility is good, your endurance is really a problem.” Although he knew he had managed to be diverted again, Yuan Xi didn’t feel angry at all.

Luo XiaoLou’s face flushed, but he pretended he didn’t understand the meaning of Yuan Xi’s words, and after two seconds of silence, he continued, “Well, yes, I’m going to use it starting today, if you don’t mind.”

“Of course not, I’ll take you there myself and I can train with you.” Yuan Xi said interestedly.

With a wary glance at Yuan Xi, Luo XiaoLou demurred, “No, I’ll just work out on my own.”

After dinner and taking care of his room, Luo XiaoLou rested for half an hour before being dragged up to the second floor by Yuan Xi.

Yuan Xi pushed open the door of the first room first and said, “This may be the most common equipment, but it’s also the most practical. While I’m away, you can come here to train. If there’s anything you don’t understand, you can always contact me.”

“Let’s look over here again,” said Yuan Xi, dragging Luo XiaoLou into the second room.

As they entered the room, the lights automatically turned on, and Luo XiaoLou curiously took in the various large instruments, noticing even the equipment for arm training was a full circle thicker.

“These – it’s more difficult than over there?” Luo XiaoLou asked.

“Mn, it’s more than that.” Yuan Xi circled Luo XiaoLou’s waist and made him look at the wall by the door. Luo XiaoLou saw that the red screen had the number six on it, while the green one had zero on it.

Luo XiaoLou was curious and went over to observe, at which point Yuan Xi pressed the green keyboard twice. A few seconds later, Luo XiaoLou cried out, he – he was floating!

Yuan Xi was still standing on the ground, while Luo XiaoLou’s body was slowly drifting horizontally into the air, and was already flipping head down.

Weightlessness? It was the gravity! This was the physical training room for changing gravity.

Luo XiaoLou looked in panic at Yuan Xi who was standing steadily in place, their hands still clasped tightly. As Luo XiaoLou looked at him for help, Yuan Xi smiled slightly, already leaving the ground and moving towards Luo XiaoLou’s direction.

Luo XiaoLou’s eyes widened wider and wider, then trembled and closed as Yuan Xi kissed him.

Luo XiaoLou came out of the second physical training room with a flushed face. He hadn’t felt any of the pleasure of being light as a swallow and dancing on his palms. In fact, with Yuan Xi there, he didn’t have much energy to feel much of anything at all. After Luo XiaoLou left, Yuan Xi chose to work out under multiple gravity, while Luo XiaoLou walked to the first room. 125 didn’t say anything about Luo XiaoLou’s stamina training, but when asked, he said that Yuan Xi’s consideration was reasonable.

Luo XiaoLou wanted to pick up 125 and throw him into the gravity room so that he and Yuan Xi could work together.

And so, Luo XiaoLou began to build up his stamina at home.

This week, Luo XiaoLou worked on his speed, distance and stamina. The first two caused Luo XiaoLou to take two changes of clothes with him every time he went to Radiance, while the last one caused him to be tormented by Yuan Xi every time he exercised.

However, after a week, Luo XiaoLou had improved all three of his workouts.

On Friday, Luo XiaoLou watched the twelve spots slowly light up in the sky, and with the flick of a finger, the blue mecha was already leaping out like lightning. Luo XiaoLou later discovered that the spots set by 125 were different from the original spots in the training room, and that even in the speed training room of the most advanced group 5 member in the building, there were only fourteen spots! And it was not as difficult as 125’s eight bright spots.

In 125’s training program, the two adjacent highlights were always at the weirdest angles, which was very difficult and the distance was not easy to reach. But Luo XiaoLou himself, watching the video, had to admit that moving from multiple angles in such a short period of time was the easiest way to avoid danger.

After twelve points, the blue mecha reached the metal plate on the wall, Luo XiaoLou smiled at the ninety points that appeared in the name of the screen and his heart flew up.

“How about it, what’s my level now?” Luo XiaoLou realized that he had no one to communicate with and had no choice but to ask 125.

125 was silent for a moment and said, “I’ve calculated that in terms of speed alone, you’re at the medium level within the Federation University.”

Luo XiaoLou was stunned, medium? Medium is pretty average – but, for someone who doesn’t have anyone to guide him, it’s good enough! And he hadn’t trained very long. Luo XiaoLou, overwhelmed with ecstasy, came out of the cockpit and hugged and kissed 125, who had turned into a Tyrannosaurus Rex, before going to take a shower.

125’s body stiffened and his face turned red, but his dark green skin gave him very good cover. 125 waved his claws and struggled weakly, “Let go of me. You’re not motivated in the slightest, it’s just speed! Even if you please me, I still have to say that your overall level of performance is very inadequate!”

When Luo XiaoLou let go, 125 ran out of the training room as if relieved.

Luo XiaoLou laughed. Overall level? He believed that his workouts would also improve.

What one person and one mecha didn’t know was that the consequences of 125’s shyness would be severe. 125 had simply erased the video of Luo XiaoLou’s training and changed the camera back to normal. However, he had forgotten to change the training routine back. The next day was Saturday, and when Luo XiaoLou went to Master Yan’s, the data from the club was in disarray.

A Group 6 trainee had chosen Group 8’s training room #17 on Saturday afternoon, and then started training his speed very confidently. His speed had dropped off a bit lately because he hadn’t been very diligent in his workouts. When he practiced in the Group 6 training area, his scores were always unsatisfactory, so he decided to start with the beginners, which would also give him a confidence boost.

As the system showed the start, he frowned at a bright spot that appeared in the sky, eh? Isn’t training for Group 8 just the start and finish? Why is it now three?

It seemed that the club was indeed raising the level of physical strength, and even the 8th group training had started to increase in intensity. The first level was finally passed after three attempts, and then two bright spots appeared in the air, arranged almost perpendicular to the start and end point.

The trainee frowned, puzzled and went to check the program, and found that he could choose from one point to twelve points. Was he in the wrong training area? The cadet shrugged his shoulders and simply chose eight, he was almost good enough to pilot the mecha through eight highlights in the air anyway. However, tragedy began to strike, and the poor cadet, panting with exhaustion all afternoon, did not even pass once.

By the time dinner was to be served at 5pm, the cadet was utterly furious, and instead of being comforted, he became even less confident. He had not come here to suffer a blow! The cadet slammed the door open and walked furiously to the office area.

At this same time, 125, who was playing a game beside Luo XiaoLou, finally remembered that he hadn’t changed back the program and turned even greener. Hastily calling out to Luo XiaoLou, 125 used the computer in the lab to access the virtual network, and a few seconds later, 125 had hacked into Radiance’s network system. He deleted the video footage from Training Room 17 that afternoon, changed the program back to the original two-point-one training program, and also damaged the camcorder.

So when the angry trainee brought the Radiance club into the seventeenth training room, he saw the simplest of procedures.

His jaw dropped in amazement, kept saying it was absolutely impossible, and then demanded to see the day’s video. After a few minutes, the receptionist in the office had to tell the cadet that the video camera in his room seemed to have broken down this morning and he couldn’t record.

The poor cadet stared blankly at Training Room 17. Had he been dreaming all afternoon? No, it couldn’t be, but who’s going to tell him what it’s all about?!

Wait a minute, looking at the strange looks of the office staff of the Radiance Club department, he seemed to smell a hint of a conspiracy, yes, it must be a conspiracy. But, heaven forbid, although he watched porn occasionally, he had never rebelled against the government and betrayed the name of the country! His great mecha warrior road! It began hitting his fragile heart right then…

“Are you sure you weren’t dreaming?” The Radiance club department programmer said sarcastically.

“I can assure you, I was not.” The cadet said dully. He was still immersed in the conspiracy theory.

“I can even draw the locations of the eight points…” said the cadet, depicting the eight points that he had attempted during that afternoon of training according to his memory.

“Ah, I’m so confused right now, I can only remember five dots.” The trainee handed the e-book to the office staff on the side.

The programmer took the e-book with a look like he was definitely looking for something, then his mouth grew wider and wider.

Finally he grabbed the cadet’s hand and said excitedly, “Please make sure you remember the location of all the dots!” The cadet stared blankly at the programmer, who was still agitated, saying, “This is just fantastic! It’s perfect! Are there nine points? Do you have a map of the location of other points? Come, let’s go to the office. You have some tea, relax and think it over.”

The cadet who was enthusiastically taken away cried out, he didn’t want to go, he just wanted to get mad…

Luo XiaoLou only knew that 125 was online again, but he didn’t know that 125 had successfully solved its mistakes, nor did he know how chaotic the club was now.

That night, as Luo XiaoLou walked back, he was happy about his progress, but also panicked about the competition only a week later. That Luca’s strength, he was already in the fifth group, did he really have a chance of winning? Would he go to the arena and lose badly?

“You’re so nervous because you don’t have any experience.” 125 suddenly said.

Waking up with a start, Luo XiaoLou patted his head, then began to worry, “What should we do? No one from the eighth group is participating in the battles, and in this situation, I’m probably not the right person to participate in the battles from the club.” Now many members of the club knew that Luo XiaoLou had messed with Luca, and some of them would even hide for fear of trouble.

And on the other hand, Luo XiaoLou didn’t know many people there, so there was no need for others to help him. It wouldn’t be a good thing to win or lose if he went straight to the battles in Radiance.

“You can go battle online against each other like Yuan Xi does,” 125 suggested.

“That’s a good idea, I’ll try it tonight.” Luo XiaoLou was pleased.

That evening, after dinner and a workout, Luo XiaoLou went to the lab to familiarize himself with the two Level 3 mecha parts that Master Yan had taught him today, practiced his hands for a while, and then headed to his bedroom. Normally, Luo XiaoLou didn’t want to go to bed too early, because when he got to bed, Yuan Xi would definitely pull him this way and that…

Probing around, Luo XiaoLou realized that Yuan Xi was actually still in the bathroom, probably not long after he’d just come out of the gravity chamber.

Luo XiaoLou was relieved, got on the bed, lay down, and pulled over the microcomputer.

After entering the virtual net, Luo XiaoLou went directly to the competitive battling area.

Since Luo XiaoLou’s mecha was the most basic Dopp 01, he didn’t dare to find an expert, so he went to the Primary Mecha Competitive Zone, selected a person and applied for a battle. Although that person was in the beginner’s area, his mecha was better than Luo XiaoLou’s, and when he saw that Luo XiaoLou was still using the mecha given by the system, the person immediately clicked to agree.

Luo XiaoLou was nervous at first, then after two moves, he realized that the man’s movements were much slower than his. Luo XiaoLou got excited, laughed twice, and circled around the guy a few times first. When the guy got annoyed because he couldn’t see Luo XiaoLou’s shadow and started shooting with the Particle Cannon, Luo XiaoLou’s Dopp 01 swung its Alloy Blade at the throat of the opponent’s mecha from behind.

When he reached the front, Doppel 01 suddenly spun 360 degrees, and in the blink of an eye, he was already in front of the person, and at that moment, the knife also cut the throat of the opponent’s mecha.

The system ruled that Luo XiaoLou had won.

Luo XiaoLou stayed for a moment, almost cheering in excitement, his first victory, worthy of a name. Afterwards, Luo XiaoLou found a few newcomers to fight with, but even the ones with more powerful moves than Luo XiaoLou could not keep up with his speed.

Luo XiaoLou’s heart was in a flutter, no matter how powerful the attack weapon was, what use was it if it couldn’t catch up to him?

After three times, 125 felt that Luo XiaoLou’s self-confidence had probably climbed all the way to the top, and asked Luo XiaoLou to change somewhere else.

Where to change? Luo XiaoLou was worried when 125 suddenly gave him a bad idea, “Why don’t you try Cloudy Sky?”

Luo XiaoLou’s puffed up chest immediately collapsed and he stammered, “Hey, you’re too heavy-handed, aren’t you?” Cloudy Sky was third place in the whole virtual network! He battled second place, the most red mecha warrior and abused him. In addition, the people waiting to challenge Cloudy Sky had probably already lined up a few galaxies away, and his application to Cloudy Sky probably wouldn’t be taken seriously.

Luo XiaoLou, who had just bragged to 125, was then despised by his own mecha, and after a moment of indignation, he put his heart on the line and said, “Whatever, I’ll gain experience if I lose.”

Besides, on the virtual internet, it was no big deal if he lost. No one would know who anyone really was, and they wouldn’t be afraid of losing face. Besides, Cloudy Sky probably wouldn’t even look at his challenge.

Luo XiaoLou apprehensively threw his challenge.

Ten seconds later, there was no movement, and Luo XiaoLou felt relieved and said to 125 with regret, “Look, he doesn’t like me, and I can’t do anything about it-“

As he was saying this, he suddenly heard a crisp system tone: Cloudy Sky has accepted your challenge, and you will move into the A-type arena in three seconds.

I would actually want to read more about the anti-gravity moment, because it seemed very sweet. And XiaoLuo vs. Yuan Xi is probably going to be a glorious defeat but experience is experience, and that is what XiaoLuo needs.

Thank you for the chapter!!!

Yuan Xi knows Luo XiaoLou’s virtual name already (virtual training together : D I can’t be the only one who remembers!).. AHAHAHAHAHHA. This is good.

Seriously tho, no guidance? Luo XiaoLou, you have the cream of the crop looking after you!! They even want to recreate 125’s training procedures, cause they are too good!

Great chapter! Is LXL aware of who Cloudy Sky is?… and that he is known too? 🤔
Looming forward to this. Would be great if it’s not a total walk over, but what would YX make of that?
Thank you for translating.
