I find them very helpful and very drool-worthy (for food). I even cook some of the food out of curiosity (scallion pancakes and braised lion heads just recently). So, thank you for all your hard work and pics!
I love 😍 it!! It helps me to get a better idea and to get the context. Please keep doing it. Thank you. It’s very didactic
I love it. Especially when you added rabbits for MDZS😃
I like the pics. It helps give a good visual of what is mentioned and the food pics make me drool!
Love the photos, very helpful, please keep posting. Thank you so much for all your work
Yes, I enjoy those pictures and find them really helpfull to have and idea of what they are refering to
I find pictorial refs very helpful and they increase my knowledge.
Even when I know what something is and how it looks, I’ll still go look at a photo 🤗
I find written explanations very helpful too, like terms of endearment, or titles, for example.
It irks me when I have to pause reading to Google what something is/means.
Abbreviations can be confusing too ~ not all readers know everything, can forget and new readers struggle ~ so they’re useful too.
Very useful.
I think it’s very helpful especially learning about a different culture.
I love it. I find I often have a completely wrong impression of food from other stories and then to see an actual example is like a lightbulb going off in my mind.
I love em!
Especially the food, since it’s usually not from my food culture.
The extra time the translators put in to add those makes me feel the love they have for the project.
There was one novel I was reading about classical music and every once in a while the translator would link a YouTube vid of the piece they mentioned in the chapter. I would listen to it as I re-read the chapter. So cool.
Of course I love it! And the foods are appetizing too! Hahaha, it makes me hungry! I always read the translation notes, even I’ve already know some of them. The pictures help me to get better understanding. I appreciate it. I also love how you add picture at the end of every chapter on My Junior, I was looking for it every chapter. Love itvso much!
Love them! Really useful…
Love Them. I’ve used the recipes too. So it’s lots of fun to see these.
For me it’s useful 😊😊 and thank you for that
It really helps imagine the foreign cuisine and culture, gives nice background.
I love them and appreciated the effort of the authors or translaters.
They are very useful and I’m always thankful when Translators put them, I always learn something new.
