well, for bl novels, i think i found it once. how the author could think of unimportant scenes when the story itself still full of loopholes even after the book ended.

Yes, unfortunately, though not often. The sign of an author with poor story planning and getting bored with their own plot; I find this happens when direction is list and/or they suddenly want the story to end. Puts me off the author.
